How to remove a diesel injector the easy way fast easy and simple
If you've ever had to remove a diesel injector you will know just how hard they can be this tool will allow you to remove most diesel injectors very easily and very simple and very fast there's always the right tool for the right job
UNIVERSAL INJECTOR PULLER HU41055
Single universal kit that enables all types of moderately frozen or caked injectors to be removed without removing the electrical part, even on the latest vehicles.
For Denso, Siemens Bosch and Delphi common rail or piezo injectors from 1999 to 2017
Avoids having to remove the electrical part of the injector and thus avoid significant additional costs due to an extremely strong threaded shaft of the same size as the diesel oil inlet coupling to which the extractor is attached
The kit also includes two couplings (M12 and M14) in the event that the original coupling cannot be removed
Two ways of extracting the injector:
•by rotating (handle)
•by rotating AND axial extraction (mass to inertia) in the most difficult cases

It’s always such a great source of pride for us to see our tools being used on field (especially with such mastry as Leon does 😊). Thank you so much for that! Just one tiny little remark : if you struggle with the threaded coupler (see minute 3'), it means you screw it on the wrong part first. It actually must be screwed into the injector or into the supplied adapter and not the other way around. The coupler features an allen recess (hex female) which allows this small rod to be screwed into the bottom of the thread. We will insist on this on the instructions manual cause it might not be clear enough (thanks for raising the matter). By screwing the adapter onto the threaded rod you take the risk that the threaded rod does not go to the bottom of the thread or worse, only takes on a few threads, making an assembly not strong enough for the job. When you screw the coupler all the way, half of it will be inside the injector and the other half into the extractor. That's the proper way to do it 🙂 Anyway it’s just a detail.
