Removing your tail lights and replacing them is not hard to do, but does take up to 45 min to complete. Also, be sure to put back the screws (or find some like i had to) connecting the bracket to the light. Because if you don't, the bumper will not sit flush with the lights making for an ugly gap.
A tip for saving time is that there's no need to take the bumper fully off if your just changing the tailights, just remove all the fasteners mentioned except for one side of the rubber trim. Also, no need to disconnect the license plate light.
