How To Repack In & Motion's Airbag Replacement Inflator Cartridge In RST Race Suits 

As usual the only channel showing all needed details :) FYI based on Max advice I went for the racing camo 4SR suit and bought an In & Motion Furygan Jacket Airbag on top. You don't sell this brand but my point is more about In & Motion and 4SR. The advantage compared to RST is that I can use the Airbag jacket with my other motorcycle jackets too. The inconvenient is of course that the Airbag is not integrated in the suit. However the way 4SR designed their suit makes it very easy to wear the Airbag jacket...once you realize there are 2 shoulder straps to maintain it in place. 10 days ago I had a low side and it triggered the Airbag. Replacing the canister is as you showed in the video. Very easy. The 4SR suit on top of being very comfy dealt perfectly with the inflation and the impact. I'm really happy with this suit. I didn't even get a bruise. Sleeves and legs didn't move at all. I almost didn't feel the impact and was back on the bike after 15 min. Conclusion: If like me you find the RST design a bit sad and want an alternative with the same level of protection (much higher than the AAA requirement) for a reasonable price 4SR + In & Motion jacket (Furygan, Ixon, Klim, etc.) is what you are looking for

Hi, Have you ever taken cussion out (on evo) and repack? Unfortunately mine didn't deploy properly. Only one side of chest and when inspect afterwards chest cussion was tangled. Not idea how that happen but it was /looked correct before use. I repositioned cushion and inflated with pump and it works fine, hold pressure and cussion in place. Did you guys have any simillar experience?

Will these replacement canisters work with the Klim AI 1 vest that uses the in & motion airbag?

Hi Van, in the older version RST 4.1 (as Max training suit) you can also deploy 5 times before it needs a new airbag cushion or suit?

is it possible to run without the battery and inflator as a normal suit with back protector?

Hey Van, Hope that you can clarify this query. I read online that the In&Motion airbag system in the RST suit will not slowly deflate after activation unlike the Dair or TechAir system. Was this your experience when Max's RST airbag system was activated? I can imagine that it will not be easy to remove the suit if the airbag system doesn't slowly deflate. Thanks

Is it common/recommended for people to upgrade the back protector to level 2?
