No no new seals or sealant like fire cement needed around the fan or flue connections?

Does it matter that you swapped the wires to the fan when putting in the new one?

i have the same model and ive changed the fan myself 3 times in 22 years. My latest problem however is that it takes a while to ignite and only runs for a few minutes at a time cutting in/out. What could be the problem do you think?
