How to replace an exhaust on a Peugeot 107/Citreon C1/Toyota Aygo

Thanks mate. I couldn't get the clamp bolt to move and ended up having to cut it off with a tiny hacksaw. Now the main part of the muffler has come off and left a piece of pipe behind just like in the video, but I can't get the thing off no matter how much I bang on it with a hammer and try to pry it open with a screwdriver and hammer. I am actually afraid the metal will give and tighten it further. I soaked it in WD-40 wrapped in paper and aluminiumfoil to keep it in place overnight, am about to go out and give it another go. The hacksaw won't cut trough the pipe properly so I really hope this thing works because I can't even get it to wiggle a little bit.

Thanks mate am glad someone else has experienced the dreaded clamp. Done a citreon c1 toyota aygo and now have the same shit with a peugeot 107 . Look at the clamp its not wide enough to hold both lips together. Easy job one thinks but ends up blowing. Hours I spent on the C1 and after selling it to a friend I tried again to seal the back of shit . Put him a full new exhaust before I sold him the car even challenged the exhaust company about the clamp and after checking with main dealer its the same clamp but £7 more expensive for the same shit . You have one rubber mont at the front of the car and 2 rubbers for rear box too much realance on the clamp. Got to ask you in all honesty after driving a while was it blowing? I work on cars regularly and I bloody hate the exhaust all all cars mentioned. Well done with the swearing such I wasn't.

What exhaust clamp did you use. The one I got wasn't wide enough to cover both side of exhaust
