This video shows the fitting of the SPORTEX EXHAUST to the Toyota AYGO, The UPGRADE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION from front to back. Total exhaust replacement.
Removing the Tight oxygen sensor from the downpipe and fitting new powerflex exhaust mounts
This Exhaust is listed for a Citroen c1, but also fits the AYGO and Peugeot 107.

NICE EXHAUST, NICE SOUND ... HERE IN SPAIN IS COMPLICATED. THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION OF VEHICLES IS RELENTLESS. EVERY 2 YEARS, I WOULD HAVE TO BE MAKING THAT CHANGE ..... YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THAT GARAGE (WITH PIT INCLUDED).

Make sure the clamp does not hit the fuel tank or the rear metal brake pipe on these. It’s common people don’t align the clamp properly. Good job mate.

Just fitted a new exhaust on my daughters C1 Anton everything was fine until she went out and I could hear it blowing slightly, had to take it back off and seal the front flange that connects to the CAT and the joint that fixes to the back box. Have you ever encountered this problem as it must be a common issue

Great video. Liking your coverage. Could you please do a video on changing the gearbox oil please and what type to use. Peugeot quoted me £76.93 excluding tax just for the oil.

aaanton11 according to my haynes manual, you can check it. The procedure to replace it is in there also so it may not be life long. My oil is black.

If you didn’t replace the front pipe, how would it connect to the flange and if it cant where did you get the front pipe😁

The rear box separates with the clamp, so you don’t need to replace it, but you can get the front pipe from any good motor factors or eBay. Thanks for watching 👍🏻👍🏻

The system sounds great, not too loud but the back box gets too hot on a long run and melts the mounting rubbers, now have to use metal wire to stop problem won’t buy another one 🙈thanks for the great comments 👍🏻👍🏻
