We have the pliers you need available on our website at this link: fixmyblinds.com/products/decomatic-bali-graber-vertical-blind-carrier-clip-removal-tool-green.
@@fixmyblinds Sorry, but there has to be another way than paying $20 Canadian to fix one single piece of my blind so I can put in a new one. What an idiotic design.
I agree with the comment made by Mike Oliver. I have a broken lead carrier stem. I've purchased your stem replacement tool, but it doesn't seem to work on my broken stem.
Hi Deanna, When the lead carrier stem is broken on a blind that is wand-operated, it is best to replace the complete tilt mechanism. It comes with a new lead carrier with a stem installed in it. Here's a link to that item on our website: fixmyblinds.com/products/graber-g98-wand-control-tilt-mechanism. Does your blind operate with a wand or with cord/chain? Feel free to reach out to us here or at service@fixmyblinds.com for additional assistance. We're here to help!
Hello, j'ai des rideaux californiens. Déjà comment je puis avoir cet outil pour démonter les embouts pvc, sens démonter tout le rail, Merci pour tout renseignements .👍 Les raid son standard ?🤞
You can find the pliers here: fixmyblinds.com/products/decomatic-vertical-blind-stem-replacment-plier-tool. But those only work for two styles of vertical blinds. Do yours look like the ones in this video?
What is the technical name for your "vertical blind stem pliers"? I can't seem to find a pair of pliers like that, with the gap in the middle that allows you to get behind the gear. Thanks
Hi there, Those pliers are available for purchase on our website here: fixmyblinds.com/products/decomatic-vertical-blind-stem-replacment-plier-tool. It's not a tool you'll be able to find a local hardware store.
There are TWO special ends to the stem system. This video only covers one of those special end stems. The video is well made and accurate in the details given, BUT seems unfortunately incomplete.
Hey Mike - Thanks for your comment! What other special end do you mean? I'd love to hear more about parts we may have missed. You can reply here or email me at service@fixmyblinds.com.
