Here is a quick How To Replace Jeep Grand Cherokee Wk2 3.6 Oil Pressure Sensor & Oil Cooler Housing! It took me about 6 hours worth of work and roughly $200 for parts. Code P0520 IG: Ljs Garage
Absolutely fantastic video. Been having this code for 2 years now. After careful review, I think I'll just keep clearing it each time I park so that I can use remote start. Far less work than this. Haha. Props for doing this!
lmao same, been living with it for a year now. Definitely going to finally fix it before this winter so I get my remote start back working every time 😂
GREAT VIDEO AND THANK YOU !!! Was very helpful! 2013 jeep grand Cherokee 4x4, had the code P06DD replaced sensor and cooling unit and was still getting the code finally replaced the rockers and that was the problem but wanted to give you the credit on showing us how to replace the sensor etc! Thanks man
It's time for that Winter Maintenance! My pops use to always say to have an emergency kit in the car and tools and odd things you might need if you break down. More then a few times I've needed them!
So let's say if you were only changing both sensors without removing the housing, would fluids leak from the holes you're reinstalling the new sensors into?
It could, but since the housing sits at the highest point oil travels (roughly) gravity keeps it from spilling out and if it does it's a negligible amount.
