Thanks for showing all the exercise. Actually I walk like duck foot to look charm from my early days. Now I am facing knee issue which ultimately got your videos to remedy this issue. Thanks man!!

I'm try to change my walk style but I can't suffering from childhood people are laughing on my walk style I just put my head down ND move from there, plz suggest me how many times can I do to change my walk style and made it perfect

Hey. From a movement perspective, get really good at rolling, rocking and crawling. So good that when you do them they look like poetry and also feel amazing. From a personal growth perspective, pay no attention to what others say or think. Don't let them determine how you feel or how you express yourself. You're way too strong to let others control you. You are the one who gets to decide who you are. That will help you move with strength better than anything else. Keep your head up, my friend. That's where it belongs.

Hi dear. I've suffered from the same problem for almost 10 years. What helped me is first of all don't give a fuck about what others think and second try some farmers walk exercise while will strengthen your postural muscles and improve your gait. Hope that helps 😉

You can. It all adds up and the more we show up the faster it goes. You could also mix it up with the other rocking videos as well. So glad it helped!

My hips cramp soooo bad and hurts really bad when I do that thing when I get on all fours with reverse shoulders and rotate my hips, is that good or bad

The goal is to move where you can without pain - no matter how small or slight the movement. Even if it’s only a centimeters worth of movement that small amount can lead to unlocking everything else. But, pain sends another signal we don’t want. However, true muscle spasms or cramps aren’t necessarily bad. It could be the nervous system trying to figure things out. Still, move to the edge of the cramp, but try not to trigger the cramp. And don’t forget to breathe - do not hold your breath.

Weird question : When you rock since it’s like a partial hinge should you be consciously thinking about squeezing your glutes ?

Not a weird question - But no. We don’t want to consciously squeeze or think about squeezing the glutes. We are looking to restore reflexive strength, not cognitive firing. Thanks for watching and writing in.

Okay this is sound promising to me I'll try to do it 2x a day for 60 days and see the results. Do you have any solution for anterior pelvic tilt? Did everything on the internet and nothing worked for me 😢

It all depends on too many factors to say. My best advice would be to do it every day for 3-5 min for 30 days and evaluate if it is working for you. You’ve nothing to lose and experience to gain

In my imagination, yes. What happens at the toes and foot and ankle certainly affects what happens at the knee.

Give this a try for 30 days. maybe 2 minutes a day. You've nothing to lose but you will gain experience as to if it helps or not. Feel free to let us know how you are doing.

Have you seen a medical professional? That may be the best route to go. If so, what did they tell you?

@@RajnishKumar-hf8iw Hey mate, also have torsion here. 30 deg left and 35 on the right. Have seen a few professionals (doc, sports physio, and podiatrist) and unfortunately, it's just a case of adapting to and managing it. If there's some advice I can give you, it's 1. See a podiatrist (they'll most likely prescribe you some type of rigid orthotic - I was told they can even help reduce the appearance of the torsion slightly, which I have somewhat noticed). And if you do sport, 2. See a sports physio (that knows your sport well). My podiatrist referred me to one and it was incredibly valuable.
