The thumbs down must be from all of the mechanics who want you to believe you need service when you don't. This Benz system is DUMB! My 2014 E550 that sat for a year and a half with only 1500 miles since last service kept annoying me with the service message. If I was an older person knowing nothing about cars I'd be ripped off by thinking I needed service when I didn't. Thanks for posting this useful info!!!

Different problem I'm having and have been to the dealership and nothing.... have a 2014 250c the rear brakes squeak a little not all the time just sometime with no brake applied usually rite after taking off from a stop like at the drive thru or something everything seems good but still squeaking any ideas?

Thanks, how do I input info on missed record of services. Services 1,2,3 and 5 were recorded but 4,6 &7 were missed . I have all the receipts and paper record of all services. My car 204 , year 2013
