Extremely useful information. I'm recovering from an injury and now I think it's the right time to do this type of training. I'll use some of those progressions after my warmups.

I banged my knee in May. ACL 1 sprain and grade 1 meniscus injury occurred. I couldn't walk properly, it hurt so much. I felt like it would never get better. As a result of my research on the internet, my fear that it would not heal increased, but with physical therapy and leg training, I completely eliminated the pain after 5-6 months. I'm running a marathon right now. Pain in low-level injuries disappears completely with applications. The tear will always be visible on the MRI, but you don't feel it. So it is no longer a problem for you. Dont worry. Good Luck🙂

I'd like to suggest, if level 1 box jump is still too hard, one should first do partial jumps where the feet do not, or barely leave the ground, to concentrate on the movement of landing first. To add more support, one could do this on a mat or multiple layers of mats to absorb the jump shock. What do you think about that?

I tore my ACL meniscus and a partial MCL tear. It's been about 6 months since my surgery but I'm still having really bad pain above my knee cap and my preteller tendon. Any advice?

Should you do rehab once or twice a day for quicker recovery?

I think this is what I’m missing. I’m coming off partial meniscus surgery in my left knee I’ve done my rehab, but I’ve been working out in the gym more than anything. Their is one problem when I play basketball after a while the outside of my left knee gets swollen and the back of my knee flares up, I don’t understand what the issue is.

Because this is a progressive stage have great risk of recurrent of your injury most pt won't do this unless for a pro athletes
@BCEpedals
@BCEpedals 2 месяца назад
@@mohammadelbana8768no that’s not the reason. The risk of reoccurring injury is actually greater if you never progress through rehab like this. Not all PT’s are created equal, some don’t get into the higher level rehab training. A lot do though. A surgeons protocol can also be quite limiting or a patient could have low load tolerance, exercise tolerance, poor compliance, etc. I progress patients through things like this but that’s IF they have progressed through other requirements first. Good thing is that there isn’t anything stopping you (original commenter) from doing these, but it’s unfortunate that a PT didn’t guide you through them.
