You can pass the image width and height in a html style. look for how to add fixed size for html images on internet.

Hi, You are welcome. You can switch to html code mode in email body and use the html divs to wrap text around image.

I have tried on Hotmail and the image renders just fine. You can test it on Gmail or Yahoo.

You can add width and height via html. I don't think you can increase the image resolution.

You have make power automate to scan particular folder hosted in SharePoint to obtain first image file. This will give you ai image properties including image path which you can later embed in your email body.

Try to close and open the flow again.

Not sure if that is easily achievable with power automate. You can use Graph API to get teams conversation objects and report on them.

Your flow has an unwanted loop condition. You need to capture both image properties in separate variables and compose one email message outside the loop.

Not any additional step I am aware of. What error you are getting. Did you inspect the email body html code?

So I wanted to know if there is any other way to add text on the image which ll be sent via power automate flow in email. Basically, it can be considered an addition to what you have shown in the above video. I have a use-case where I want to send Certificates by mail in which where the Certificate template ll be an image and I want to add text over it such as name and details dynamically. You can create word template for certificate generation, update the dynamic values of word document using power automate and then create a pdf certificate from word document and email it to the relevant person.

You need to add html a href tag around the image in email body for it to be treated link a link.

Hi, The above example works with outlook desktop application.

Nothing really, just update file path and point it to your gif image. I have just tested with gif image and can confirm that same settings are just working fine with .gif type images too. Let me know how it goes.

Yes, It should work for .png format as well. I have not tried it but you may give it a go.

You need to go to code mode in email body and use HTML tags to generate clickable link.

Yes you can, You need to build multiple variables each containing one image and can mention more than one variables in the email body. Give it a go.

YO can upload an image to SharePoint library and add it dynamically via flow.

Hi Carl, This seems like your flow is corrupted. Use the ‘Save As’ feature to save your corrupt Flow as new Flow, this process should fix the broken connection issue.

Yes, using the css you can control image properties.

You can add as many images you want using the html code.

I have not personally tried with gmail. Have you checked the html code of email body in Gmail? it might give you a hint on why the image is not rendering there.

What will be the source of their name? If the flow has this data, you can add to email body dynamically.
