I don't know how to use a sewing machine and I am thinking of buying this one. I want to learn to sew. Thank you for this video, you made it look easy. :)
I am happy that this video helped! sewing is not too hard and every day more and more people are using RU-vid to educate and encourage others to try new things! Go for it and you won't regret it :)
Omg thank you so much for this vid, the paper instructions were so daunting but you made it so simple and I got to sew my first piece of fabric! Thanks again!
You explained it very well I had my first brother sewing machine and didn’t know how to set it up I tried many videos but didn’t help You video is so good and I understand so much❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Literally the best tutorial on yt , tysm for it, very useful and clear, my 7 yr old sister would probably understand it from how great this vid is, keep going 🥳😁😁
This was very helpful. Would you also be able to explain the different stitches in this machine and how to adjust them ? I’m having a difficult time to understand it 😅
Hi Luanna, I can do a video to help you. Watch this video first and If you don't understand, I will make one. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fPv-mrxHPuE.html
Hey, i have this machine and no one seems to be able to show or explain how the bobbin thread meets the needle. I note in your video it just looks like it magically is set under the needle... Any chance you could do a video on this? Thanks
Hi Hayley, I am unsure of what you are looking for? What I do is insert the bobbing, close the lead and as soon as the machine starts working it will pick up the underneath thread. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aL2rECQrQVw.html
Thank you for this tutorial. It is very helpful. I am awaiting delivery of this sewing machine today. I am sure I will be able to set up the machine easily after watching your video. 👍
I am so happy I finally found an awesome tutorial. I am a beginner at sewing and keep messing up. However, what is that blue piece called that you have there while the needle is going through?
Thankyou for this video it was very helpful🥰 Also I wanted to ask what is over locking? My teacher always mentions it and I just pretend I know so I don’t seem dumb in-front of the class😕
Hello...Tell me please how to adjust the numbers correctly bcoz when I stitch, sometimes the upper thread comes very loose and sometimes down thread...Tell the adjustment of numbers...Thank you
Very simple-to-follow tutorial. As a total newbie, thank you for telling me how a sewing machine works! I have a question- how many layers do you think this sewing machine would be able to handle? More specifically, do you think it would manage through two pieces of fleece and cotton batting? Thank you😁
I found the video very helpful but at a point you stopped explaining. I would like to know what the different foot are called. It is only when you were finished that I understood it was for a button hole. What do you call the blue thingy next to the foot?
It was a good video for sure the thing he had next to the foot was a magnetic guid to keep the material in line while he sew the piece, it’s not needed though , get some scrap material and practice some sewing guiding the material with your hand that guide the material under the foot , at first the material will wonder and stitch all over the place until you see how to keep it in line and move it when needed o keep the stitching straight , it’s easy to pick up , if I can do it you can to , just practice a bit and you will get it , no need for a magnetic guid.
Hi Kawuma, Perhaps you are using a very think or very thing material, usually the machine will move the material. However, if the fabric is too thick or too thin, I would manually assist the machine passing the material through, so the needle is not sticking in one place only. Another thing could be your needle tension or the needle might need to be changed for an adequate needle for the fabric you are using or replace the needle as it might be overused :)
Hi hun. Amazing video! Was you able to sew dresses, trousers and other stuff with this machine? I’m thinking about buying it but I’m not too sure if it’s only useful to amend rips on clothes or I’ll actually be able to to make outfits with this ? x
Hi Nay, Yes this machine is easy to use and you can sew everything. However, it will struggle with many layers of denim (like 4 layers) but if you use two-layer of any fabric (cotton, jersey, Denim) you will be fine. I totally recommend it! Watch this video (4:24) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AVbzXQit4t4.html I hope it helps, if not I will do a video on it Xx
@@letsstartsewing hello, what price are the machines that can sew through many layers of denim and etc? Or how do I underdstand which machine will work or wont for this purpose before I buy it? Thank you!
@@Почемучка-т6в This is a great beginners machine, it can do a few layers but it all depends on what you need and want to do. If you want heavy layers maybe look for a heavier duty machine.
I bought mine from Tesco - Supermarket. However, you can buy 4 big cones for £10 from amazon. Have a look at the reviews before you buy anything, It always helps.
