I headed to the meat section of the grocery store to show you what to look for when you buy beef, chicken, pork, and turkey. There are a lot of options, but conventional meat comes from factory farms and eats a diet of GMO corn and soy, this is not what you want to buy. FOr beef, grass-fed is by far the best choice. For chicken, always buy organic, or if you can go to a local co-op try to look for pasture raised. Pork is the toughest to buy, almost all of it is factory farmed, there is no organic or pasture raised pork. For ground turkey, look for organic and stay away from white meat, it's too lean.
