Hi Doc, I use saw palmetto beta sitosterol zinc and vitamin B12. My night time urination issues have definitely reduced over time since starting the regime about a year ago I also have a hand full 10g pumpkin seed daily and eat plenty of fresh fruit,veg fish and kefir. I take the kefir as an immune system booster but very little other dairy I also drink green and black tea daily. I am 69 years old. I have an annual health check including PSA test which is currently 1.9

Doctor Jedosa, I had a T.U.R.P. 20 months ago and after 13 months of the surgery went back to the old symptoms. Now I am taking Tamsulosin which gives me too many unwanted side effects. Can I take Saw Palmetto and Tamsulosin every other day of each other? Thanks,

To date no trials exist were saw palmetto has been effective in the slightest for BPH.
