Man these were killer and I am making myself hungry for some good beef back ribs watching myself cook these again!!! This truly is a great cook for the beginner!!!
Totally agree! Beef back ribs often get overshadowed by beef plate ribs BUT these are faster and have amazing flavour! Ricer nailed this cook for sure hey!?
Wowzers!!! Thank you for the kind words!!! I got 2 hobbies I guess, BBQ and cameras!!!! Might be the reason why i named my channel Dead Broke BBQ!!!! hahahaha I appreciate you watching!!
Those ribs look absolutely fantastic! What a beautiful smoke ring and bark 😋 I am such a sucker for smoked food - yum!!! This video was just so packed with information too - I'm going to make a few changes next time I smoke some ribs starting with the direction they face to start! Thank you so much!!!
I think I just need to take a road trip Jabin and meet up with you one of these days!!! Now that would be a video!!!! hahaha Thanks brother and I am proud and humbled to be a part of such a great team!!!!
Way to go Ricer, I think you nailed the beef ribs with the SnS kettle on the head!! Hell I even subscribed the channel and don't presently own one of their grills! Keep doing it my man...later.
@@SnSGrills Not sure. I've had the Deluxe for about a year; was what transitioned me from gas and electric to charcoal and wood chunks. Done everything from hotdogs, steaks, to dino ribs on the SnS. I'm in the FB group and see all sorts of great cooks. I watch all the stuff your company puts out so just something fresh and new, I'll watch.
Great question! As river mentioned the SNS kettle has a smoke hole that is on the lowers left hand corner. This means you can close the main vents an open just the smoke hole to dial in your temps. The advantage is that you can physically see how much it’s open or closed and helps lock in your temps even more! Hope that helps.
Wuss ter sh sauce (gaps added for syllables, remove to say) not shire where hobbit live or simply as it is mostly referred to in the UK (where I'm from) wuss ter sauce. If you tube allowed for sound clips I could end this once and for all! You are welcome 😎🥓
