HOW TO START THE GYM?
Part 1: the lower body
✮ Intro:
You're new to the gym, many people, many machines, you're lost. I made this video to help you start, you will find many many exercises that will allow you to create your own lower body program for 1 month (even 2 months)
✮To make ONE training, choose 2 circuits, which you'll repeat for 4 weeks
✮ Example:
2 lower body trainings per week
Session 1: Circuit 1 + 2
Session 2: Circuit 3 + 4
► repeat for 4 weeks
☞ 1 lower body training per week
Month 1: circuit 1 + 2
► repeat for 4 weeks
Month 2: circuit 3 + 4
► repeat for 4 weeks
