Facts. For so long I made excuses on so many things. I just quit vaping, and it was easier than I always assumed. Now I’m starting on my fitness and weight loss journey, no more excuses from now on!!

Monday- back, chest, some shoulder Tuesday- legs Wednesday- rest Thursday- biceps, triceps and some shoulder Friday-legs Saturday- cardio Sunday-rest Thats been my consistent split for the last two months plus intermittent fasting and I'm feeling so good.

I have been dieting and working out the entire year of 2023. I have not dropped my NY Resolution and do not plan to. I have lost 70 lbs this year, gained self-love, gave up most carbs and gained more control over my life in general. Control what you can and don't try to control what you can't. I am nothing if I cannot commit to a goal and achieve it. Staying in a constant state of growth is invigorating. I actually like who I am. Hindsight is so crazy. i prayed for this girl that I am now. The "almost-300lb version" of me would have never believed it. I am still working towards losing 30-40lbs more. I enjoy watching your content.

What really helped me in my fitness journey is learning that I cannot hate my way to a better version of myself. It helped me find ways to workout that I really enjoyed and it's become something I really love.

I make so many excuses general in life, and I loose opportunies, because of fear, fear or discomfort, damn fear. I'm so tired of this feeling! Watching your videos, day by day, makes me realize how important it is to make every single minute & breath we take worth it! Still struggling because of thousand reasons tho, but I'll get there! thanks for mentioning that even if you’ve taken a break you’re still on your fitness journey! I needed to hear that, I had other things going on in my life that required my time and focus, and felt like I lost all progress I made with two years of consistently working out. Now I have a different outlook on that and know that I am still on that journey even if I haven’t consistently worked out lately.

loved this, Lena! I also became much happier when I stopped working out for my appearance and started working out for health and enjoyment reasons. I go to every session excited to be there and leave feeling glad that I went, and I can enjoy becoming stronger and pushing myself without getting down about my weight/muscle mass/etc. It's a gamechanger!

omg Lena I started my fitness journey kickboxing at my gym (thanks to you❤️) and I’ve been going 2-3 a week. This week was really tough one and I chose to prioritize my mental health over going to the gym, and I honestly felt like such a failure. I (re)started my fitness journey a little while ago with a completely different mindset and discipline than all the failed times before. it only has been a few weeks but I can already tell that this time it’s really something i’m sticking to, something that I will continue for a long time and improve myself. this video definitely reassured and encouraged me even more, great points!

I started my fitness journey again this year and i'm really happy i did that i feel much better about myself cuz it has helped me more mentally than physically. I have taken breaks tho but thanks to this video i will always remind myself not to feel guilty about it fitness is a journey not just to look a certain way. Before Covid I was at my peak, but after I got in a toxic relationship that only ended this year. I’ve gained over 50lbs and earlier this year I was so consistently that I even lost 10lbs. I know it’s possible I’ve just kept making excuses, but no more!!! I will commit to my fitness journey. To feel better, to be healthy, to be mentally healthy and just to feel good and confident within myself ❤

Thank you for your positivity💕 The last 2 years have been difficult. I’ve had an ovarian cancer scare but did have to get a hysterectomy. It’s been a tough recovery not to mention my mental health battles. I have a great support system and I finally feel myself again. I binge watched your videos and I have become so motivated to workout again. I used to be very athletic and loved running. I’ve started jumping rope as a start to build up my endurance again. Since everyone is sharing their story and goals, I am going to do this too. In 2022 I was on such a good fitness/ gym plan. Had a very good balance in life and was mentally & physically in best form. But since this year, I have developed very bad anxiety which stops me from leaving the house and therefore from going to the gym. I want to work out but I have so many problems to build up the strenght to take a step outside. For 2024 I will try everything to let this fear behind me and just start being consistent again. I hope I can come back here in a year and see what progress I made! Love these videos for self development Lena, without you I wouldn‘t have had the motivation to do anything.

Since the anxiety is about leaving home, why don't you take some pressure off you and do some at home workouts? Anxiety is tough, so don't beat yourself up over its effects. Try a modification. I hope this helps.

You should be so proud of this video. It is powerful and addresses everything that comes up against us when we wish, hope and pray, "This time will be different." Lena, I know this is exactly THE thing someone needed to see and hear to forever change their life. It was smart and humble of you to include BEFORE pictures. It gives credibility to your message. One final thought - I love romanticizing going to the gym and working out. Because of seeing some other videos of you getting ready to go to the gym, a couple of times I put earrings in and I felt different/better, maybe enjoyed it more. Thank you so much for this!

I have been so unhappy with my body and every year always make the same goals and say "i'll start at the start of the new year" but on the 26th of this month, it'll be 6 months till i'm 30 and i'm ready to start a new decade as the BEST version of me. And have decided to dedicate my time to working out and making it something I enjoy. This definitely helped give me the motivation and i'm excited to see what the next 6 months do for me (and beyond)!

I've been working out consistently for two months now and let me tell you... it has become my comfort time. I still find myself checking me out in the mirror now and then but I literally do it just for how good it makes me feel. There's hope for everyone 😂 and I'm also so curious to see how my body changes in one or two years time. WE GOT THIS!

I SO needed this video. Lately I've been wanting to workout and be healthier but I have made so many dumb excuses that were not valid. I love the quote when you said "You can have excuses, or have success, but you cannot have both." I will remember this quote ANY time I feel like making an excuse. thank you for the awesome video yet again!!

Love your content so much! I'm committing to finally staying consistent with my lifting journey starting in December! I swim and hike during the week which I love but struggle with being consistent with my strength training even though I love that too. Def going to be watching this video a few more times to hype myself up and finally reach my goals!
