I was my father’s nurse since I was 10 years old, suck and horrible. because he has panic attacks. I used to hypnotize him with beautiful stories. I did it for many years. At work I have helped coworkers to feel better, I have made them to breathe and feel relaxed. All mental illness are bad energies accumulated in our body. I wish I could have known this better when I was younger, I would have become an hypnotherapist.

Great video. I pray for anyone and everyone that suffers with full blown panic attacks . The symptoms are beyond frightening and people who do not have panic attacks or anxiety never seem to understand what you go through. When I have an attack, my symptoms are: Shallow breathing, feeling faint ,choking feeling in my throat, pins and needles everywhere , fear of losing complete control or dropping dead at any min. When it subsides, you are tired and then you live on the edge in fear as you never know when another attack will strike. Mine are more frequent when I leave the house and strike at random.

While I appreciate the intention behind this video, adding in clips from movies was really not the move to go. This video can't be really triggering for someone already struggling with constant panic attacks

I have ptsd, I’ll try out the ice thing (maybe?) I can’t really control myself at all when I have a panic attack. I absolutely crumble but maybe someone will be there to help me

Idk if that's a panic attack or an anxiety attack but , this days has been getting worst i can't deal with my anger issues and having to hide from everyone while everything happens without a sign also i get very angry because i can't stop my tears and it's very embarrassing , thanks for the infos i hope it just helps cause I'm really exhausted of having to live like this .
