Am super blessed and honoured to come across your channel. Ave been struggling with concentration and remembering things, anxiety and confusion for the last 6 months. I tried therapy but I felt like I wasn't understood. Although I got help with self confidence which landed me a job. But,, I didn't have the fulfillment and calmness I wanted. Then came across you, haha.... I listen to you daily Sunny! and do the exercises you recommend, you have a way making it seem so easy and effortless, So much has changed! Not just my inner self, but also my environment. Its easy to do my daily tasks, I've learned to appreciate my past and not be subject to it. You are doing a fantastic job of trying so hard to explain something which is impossible to explain. So many people ask me whether they should do yoga, meditation or anything else in order to be Enlightened. They ask what do we do to become Enlightened? Very difficult to explain to "just be" . So many spirtual teachers and Gurus give methods and techniques, where as in reality none of them really do anything expect to relax the body and Mind.
Thank you Sunny for this . I tried a different approach. I closed my eyes and started to inhale slowly thinking I am going to my source deeper and deeper and held my breath to feel my source or awareness and experience it as long as I could and felt the thoughtless moment!!
Hi Sunny. I had some kind of reality shift while watching this video. Hard to put into words. Went to work the next day--yesterday--and experienced the difference the entire day. Talk about Transurfing... my external world is morphing before my eyes.

Key take away. When you identify your thought and attention separate, it materialise in real world as:- 1. You can watch the triggers.prior it occurs. Which will help in to get to the root cause of it and eliminate it. 2. The words which will come out of your mouth won't be charged ( with any emotion + or - ) and it will be taken as it is. 3. It will get's you to the understanding of other people, from where they are talking which helps in extend the require help for them or get aside to let that person reach to understanding by his own. 4. This exersise will also help me in with the people around me (family and friends). It will pave the wave for there inner self ( as half of the reaction will be reduced by me, it will surly yield some self introspection when calmness will be reflected). Thanks Sunny🌼 its helpful.

I am not sure if you are familiar with clinical anxiety. It's stress that manifests in body as dizziness, blurred vision, diarrhea, vomiting and many other physical symptoms. It is very invalidating and unhelpful to tell a person who is vomiting from stress and about to faint to divert attention to who is the one having the anxious thought or get curious on where the attention is coming from.
Thank you! This helped. Honestly, was a little confused but I'm assuming when I just listen to music and become the energy of it, I am not thinking, I am flowing. Music and art helps me the most to let go and flow. Something else takes over and I can relax.

There is so much that we don't learn as 'educated' humans, yet those very concepts are essential to well-being...I wish our general education would actually take into account the importance of self and its relationship with the mind. What do you do when you keep the attention from the thoughts but feelings are arising…. The experience in my i reality is my party in surgery this morning and tears keep coming up…. I am doing my best to just be aware of them rising…. And leaving… I keep coming back to who is seeing this. I am feeling lots of love in the tears. How Dow e navigate thoguhts and feelings
When you say thought, you are also speaking about feelings that seemingly have no words behind them, yes? Such as feelings of malaise, meloncholy, or discomfort. Im often confused at my desperately negative fearful moods because I cant place them to conscious thoughts. Thanks so much for the videos Im excited to work my way through.
Yes, this works for both. Just give your attention to that which is aware of the feelings. Become more interested in the awareness that sees. You are not your thoughts or feelings. You are the one that see that. Just see the seer.

How do you be fully present with this. Like I was listening to someone who needed to big release the other day, and there were times where I was engaged and was able to offer solutions, and other times where I attempted to stay present while superimposing a more desired story from the other person. But it didn’t feel like I was present with them in their story.
Hi Sunny . I’m caught up in mind identification. When I worry about my son in the middle of the night, and I ask who is aware of this thought ( well it comes back to me saying it’s my human self who is aware of these thoughts ) . I know I have a higher self ( observer self) and the higher self just observes , but even believing that , I’m stuck in the fear that I need to figure out how to help my son with his mental illness / bipolar depression . Same for myself when I awake in middle of night and not had enough sleep and I worry how I will make it through the day . Who is aware of this fearful thought ? It comes back to me saying my human self . And the fear keeps going . Where / what am I miss perceiving? Thanks Sunny
