We are always running out of time, and sometimes we have only few minutes to train every day. this is why I made this video, because this exercises are great for busy people! In this workout, you will find ideas how to strengthen as many muscles as possible in only one exercise!
In each exercise I found a way to strengthen more muscles groups at the same time, to make the exercises more effective!
When we coach gymnasts, we also try to find the best exercise that will give us the best results in the shortest time. So In this strength workout there are some exercises that can do the best in a short time, because each exercise strengthen more then one muscles group.
If you are a rhythmic gymnast, a dancer, an artistic gymnast, a cheerleader, a contortionist - this video is for you to improve your strength and your skills.
you can add the exercises to your rhythmic gymnastics training, to your dance strengthning routine and more. There are a lot of ideas, so you can find exercises that can be good to any rhythmic gymnast routine and any dancer routine!
