In this video you will find back flexibility stretches that will help you get a flexible back and improve your back flexibility!
In this back stretching routine you will start with back warm up, and when your back is warmed up you can start with the advanced back flexibility stretches.
Warning: Performing any of the exercises is done at your own risk. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Make sure they are good for you and that you can do them safely.

My back wasn't that flexible when I started doing this exercises. But when I started doing this back flexibility exercises and stretches every week, I finnaly achieved this back flexibility! So if you are a rhythmic gymnast, a dancer, an artistic gymnast, a cheerleader, a contortionist - this video is for you to improve your flexibility skills, and especially to improve your back flexibility!

Hello Tzippy. Happy fall season. That back flexibility in your front splits though!! Awesome!! I see you cruising lol😎😉 I do have a question in regards to the front splits or anything involving a straight back and overall good posture. I understand that the human body has its imbalances, and that it will never be perfectly balanced weather it be strength or flexibility. But the idea is to keep things balanced as much as possible. Which is why I would like to ask: Why is it that am able to have a straight and tall spine with one side of my front splits than the other? Or better yet, what muscles are stiff on my least flexible side? The side in which I have a difficult time to hold a front splits with a straight and tall spine. I feel this in pigeon pose to, or anything that involves having a good tall posture. Have a great day Tzippy. Enjoy the seasons!🙏🙏

I'm not sure I understand your question. But the idea is that when we are training, to do everything in both sides. But most people have differences between left to right

What can I do with my legs injury 😭 I injured myself trying oversplit. Have you never been on this situation please respond me

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that 😔 I think the best thing to do is to find a physiotherapist that can see you and tell you what to do. Because it's hard to tell what should you do without really understanding what happened and what is the injury...

But try to let your legs rest for now. And always do all stretches carefully, start with easy stretches and only after a few weeks start to increase the intensity *gradually*.
