Can I know how long will it take to heal the wound. And please suggest if I need to take some special precautions
Hello Radhika, continue antibiotics . Don’t sit on the floor for few days , make use of western style toilets , keep the wound area breathable and clean

Hello shweta , if you find any local discharge ,swelling or slight rise in body temperature then see your doctor once . Stitches will pain as you change the positions due to stretching . You have to be patient for 4-6 weeks

Hello dear , sorry for your loss . Your stitches will take some time to heal . Have patience . The sutures might have dissolved so you cannot see the thread at some part. If you don’t have any fever or local redness then nothing to worry . Take sitz bath to reduce pain. If you can’t bear the pain then please check with the doctor once . I can understand your emotions. More power to you . Stitches will take around 4-6 weeks to heal completely.

Please will my episiotomy stitches heal on it's own or I have to sit on lukewarm water....the stitches are still there and painful so I've been advised to sit on lukewarm water and detol to fasten the healing process
