Mornings in pregnancy can be real nightmare or a wonderful start of the day. It mostly depends on the phase of the pregnancy you are currently present.Most women struggle to know what should be their ideal morning routine for getting all the nutrition required for them and also give a good start to the day.
Ayurveda has suggested few activities which can be very helpful if applied in the morning routine. We have personally followed this activities and got the benefits during our pregnancy.

My routine in 4 months pregnant. Get up, drink milk prepare breakfast fr 5 PPL eat 10 am. Prepare lunch. Eatv1.30 pm. Some rest. 5 pm tea fr all. 7.30 start cooking dinner, serve all.clean kitchen nd come to bed 10.30 pm

According to Ayurveda sugar is not recommended.. Ayurveda recompensed sarkara ...which is light brown colour .. And it's not harm health ... But sugar which called white poison no no for health.

Yes payel, you can use either organic sugar or rock sugar powder which is less processed and sulphur free

Hi - thank you for this video. I thought that digestion is usually sluggish in the morning, so by taking panchamrit - which is raw and not cooked - does not not extinguish the digestive fire which in case of pregnancy is already lowered? Also, same with nuts, since they are raw they are hard to digest right? In india maybe bec the sun rises early...here in the west sun doesn't come up till 9am in winter on some days? Thanks in advance for your time.

Hello Alice , yes I agree that climatic conditions do impact on the food we eat . Panchamrit contains ghee in it which is one of the best thing to ignite the digestive fire . And dry fruits, nuts when soaked becomes easy to digest . You can give it a try and see how it suits your body .

Soo I tried a small portion of the panchamrit this morning and though I haven't been able to stomach any milk or anything sweet (sugar or honey) I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it tasted and I feel loads better today. I didn't try the soaked dry fruits and nuts yet but it's on my list for tomorrow! This video has been exceptional as have all your other pregnancy videos! Thank you soo soo much for your tips. 🙏🙌👌👍

@@Truptwellness Hi! Thank you for your response! I tried the panchamrit this morning and I only took it with a small spoon as I wasn't sure how I would feel as I have been extra nauseas with any milk products! However, it worked sooo well. I was able to finish eating it AND it definitely made me feel less nauseas throughout the day! Such a great tip! I didn't try the soaked dry fruits and nuts as I didn't want to get overly enthusiastic on day 1 but it's definitely on my to do for tomorrow. Many thanks for all the time and effort you put into making these videos available to everyone. Really appreciate these!

Can I have panchamrit while having gestational diabetes in pregnancy? And have constipation? Can I have hot milk and ghee at night for constipation?please help

Yes Neha , ghee and honey should not be taken together in equal quantity . So the quantity given here is different for ghee and honey

Ma'am want to clear some doubt..equal amount of honey n ghee is described in kalyan aarogya anka for skin problems but in ayurveda it is prohibited...plz answer my query as u are d best person i can talk to ...sorry because it's off topic...

Hello shalini, you can take both ingredients together but not in exact equal quantity. Honey and ghee in equal quantity is said to be visha (poison ) by Ayurveda. If you take 1 tsp ghee then add 2 tsp honey to it

Hello Purnima , you can reduce down sugar if you feel it’s too sugary but it’s intended to give quick energy gush and so it’s sweeter
