This advice is so true. I have recently started talking to my ex fiancé and have implemented a lot of the advice I’ve received from the videos on this channel and I must say it works. I myself have had to step back and tell myself not to get discouraged and be patient. YOU must control your emotions, reignite self confidence and remember to just be yourself. Things will not be the same and it really is like dating again. I hope we can get to where we were but better, but it all starts as the coaches say with me and the changes I’ve made. Hi coaches, it’s been months since the breakup. I did most of the processes to move on, but till now I still can’t. I think about her daily. And it’s also seem to like she moved on, and that still hurt me. I really need to move on quick, because my brain keep replaying memories, even though I don’t want it. Hi bro, we are on the same boat but, let me tell you this. 1st half of the story I was suffering like you, and 2nd part, I guess I’m will a full charge power source in me. You need to get out of your comfort zone. If you still get that sort of feelings you mention above, it means you did not really really try to move out of your comfort zone. Try to do something like gym. A man can find him self there. Hit the gym, when ever you think about her, just put those feelings in a ball, and apply those energy to your workout. Example such as today you do chest and bicep, try to apply those energy which you think about her there on those sets. Then, try to walk on the treadmill till you honestly fill tired. Woman’s are like cat brother. You observe a cat, it only seek your attention when they need something. When it’s done, they walk away. Girls are like that. Just stay calm, don’t give up. Try harder. Trust me, she’s yours. You need to believe in you. When you can catch that fish once, what is so hard to catch the same fish again, when we guys give more attention to woman, that’s why they lose interest on us, we become bored to them. When we don’t show much attention, they will chase us for attention. That also will be an argument, but it’s nice to use on this sort of argument coz at the end of the day, we will pamper them. Haha. I miss my girlfriend as you bother. But right now, I’m working on my self, we got apart like 4 months already, beside, I’m still on radio silent till my own friends and family don’t know where am I. All thinking screwed my life just for a girl. But the truth is, I’m building my self for a very huge surprise for my queen and my family and friends. Don’t worry brother. Just try to put these focus on things which challenge you. Then you see, you will soon have memories such as you both doing groceries, you both going on a long drive, those which happen will never come to your mind. Moral of the story, a guy, we should give them an assurance why they have to give their life to us. By words we can’t buy them coz they are only gonna say we talk cock.. so, try till you get it.. good luck brother

It's hard if not impossible to be friends or friendly with an ex straight out of a relationship. Been there, tried that. You 2 need to spend time apart with NC for awhile, grow, and then try to be friends. Your relationship is over; however, with space and time you 2 can build a new relationship as friends. NC will force you to focus on YOU. Best (and hardest) thing you will ever have to do but worth it.

Hi coaches! I'm glad I have implemented these tips during our first meetup after 4 months of no contact! It was so strange because the meetup went too well, I thought it would be a lot of emotional drama but surprisingly it was full of laughter and just like the tension was never there. He really did ask me to get back together and I told him that I couldn't answer yet. Then he keeps contacting me, then disappear only to contact me again but never mentioned about the reconciliation. I'm really confused now on what to do now. I've been walking so far to reach this step.. How should I take from here?

If you haven’t done No Contact, Do it. She/ Him still doesn’t know your real worth cause you’re giving him/her your attetion... Best way to deal with something like a Rebound relationship being the 3rd Party is stop Focusing on them and start focusing on yourself. Do a new activity, Take a Trip, Focus on your future proyects, Hang out with old friends, Treat Yourself and not now but soon you’ll feel better... Wish you Luck

okay so basically I had a almost 6 year relationship with my high school boyfriend. We were even planning on getting married this summer. However towards April we broke up due to constant arguing. I'm the one who broke up with him but I eventually reached out again wanting to work things out. However, he was very distant and cold. Throughout the summer we worked on our relationship and he said that he wants to marry me just he needs more time (like maybe a year). Things were starting to go well when suddenly he told me he lost his romantic/sexual feelings for me. This felt like it was out of the blue to me yet he said it was a gradual increase of negative feelings towards me. We are in no contact right now and I have broken it a few times but I haven't spoken to him in a few days. I don't know what I can say/do to get him back.

He broke up with me but wanted to remain friends. It was a very painful breakup and we were both left with a lot of sadness. I told him that I needed space and that we should brake off contact for a while. This is the first time in a year I’ll be texting him since he broke up with me he said the reason we broke up was because I seemed like I always had an attitude. Awesome! When do I talk to him casually - before or after giving him the Goodbye Letter? So, currently I am 1 week into the No Contact phase, and I was planning to give him my goodbye letter in 3-5 weeks, when I pick up my last stuff at his place, ... until then should I mirror him? Or afterwards or should I not give the letter before he feels comfortable again??? I will probably be the first one to initiate contact though, because his birthday aligns exactly with the 4 weeks after break up, and I want to congratulate him via text... Anyways I feel like I want to give him the letter but I don't know if that's counterintuitive because I give him this "negative" feelings back reminding him of our break-up with the letter... or is that like necessary for him to read to even be able to open up and initiate the next phase? I did no contact, i touk the advice of the coach Steven, i gave to him time and space. He reached me out, i answered the next day, i kept the conversation light, i only lett him to message me first, i did the changes on myself too, all the work. But he talk and act like the brake up didnt happened, he say that i know his feelings, i know how he thinks and what he wants. I dont know what to do. I want to get back with him but slowly, i feel that he want to rush. Hi guys , I wish I heard this video last Saturday when i ran into my ex . We both was very nervous and when I had that moment my anxiety took over and asked him “ do you still love me? Then I asked if you love me why are we not working on this again ? I said are you seeing anyone ? Yeah , i hate myself after all these months of working hard then that came out of my mouth . Once I left i thought “ crap why did i do that ? Now he knows he still got me ,? Plus one comment he gave away seemed he was driving past my house or he getting his source of information from someone about knowing I’m at home some nights 🤔. The reason i asked him because he been reaching out i thought i needed to know . Start all over again no contact ugh 🤦‍♀️

Look at it like this at least you told him how you feel you did the ones that the most people won't do and at least now you got your answer so you can happily move on with all the success that you have or you can always work towards getting him back I suggest just sitting it out for a little bit you've already made the introduction and I'm pretty sure you've changed a lot and I'm pretty sure he's noticed this so you are in the correct path now as far as redoing no contact I think that's a personal decision unless you feel that you need to go back into it

Stacey Swope hey girl , this is an emotional roller coaster so over it ! Although , I asked these questions I was hoping for the truth but he claims he isn’t seeing anyone ( i do believe a man has a side piece ) but nothing serious . He said to me “ we would of been back but i don’t want to fight like we use to about my working hours and that i can’t give you the Quality time you deserve . I think he driving past my house after the comment he made that I’m at home locked up in my room watching tv and being a homebody . How does he know what i been doing because he is right , the last few weekends I’m not going out much , plus me car has been parked out on the driveway . He has to drive past my side of town before he gets to his on his way home from work and if he been working late it’s possible . He is the one to initiate contact every time not me , and I’m not contacting him again after this . I blocked him from my fb so he cannot see any of my activity and parking my car in the garage every night . I’m now going to give him something to worry about . You have to stop reaching out to your ex like i do about getting back together . I will soon be ready to move on and he will loose out completely. I feel they play games .

Dont be hard on urself,you said what you feel but the truth is you shouldnt have said it so soon.Just keep being casual when he reaches out and dont let ur anxiety take over you next time.Dont be needy or desperate,its a turn off even for someone who likes you.Remember,your ex reached out cuz he wants to test the water,if you didnt work on urself and you are still the same person plus ur not in emotional control he will think you are still the same and its a lost cause.So dont let ur emotions control u,think before u ackt.Best of luck

I reached out to my ex a few days ago after not seeing him in 5 weeks and responding briefly to only 2 messages from him. The correspondence I initiated seemed positive. Keep engaging what you want is to get into rapport. Keep it light and positive. Absolutely do not bring up the past at all don't even bring up the relationship at all see this as you meeting them for the first time as a new person as the new you

Write an email (because of blocking) after no contact, say happy nameday to her, she replied soon, was not angry and thanked the greeting (I was still the only one), but she wrote that she wants to write to my mother to say goodbye to her as well. Should I be worried or maybe she just do not want my parents being mad at her? Emotional neutrul, good sign, bad sign?

Hi coaches. My boyfriend has not yet broken up with me but he is deciding whether we should be together or not as he may not want kids. I asked if I could see him and he said 'I don't know'. I had to face to face with my ex today unexpectedly at the building basement when we both went their to pick up our bikes. It was only 2 weeks after our break up, so I was not ready to communicate to him, while he was riding his bike slowly to me and looked into my eyes as he wanted to say hi. After that I felt I was not confident to give a smile back at least, and I wonder what he might think ? Could you tell me if it is understandable by him that im not ready to talk ?

I saw my ex about a week ago and he said he still loves me and isn't over me. He has noticed a positive change in me and my attitude. However he kept saying "there's too many emotions" and he thinks about the bad times because it "makes things easier". What should I do? I want him back, he has been dating on and off but clearly still cares for me. Should I tell him I want him back? So far i've been agreeing with the breakup and saying I'm happy single.

He broke up with me saying that he still wants me but not just now and that he wasnt ready for a relationship but we continued on being friends after the breakup and we talked daily for 2 months since we were classmates in uni. On the 3rd month i asked for space and all he said was oh alright! We’ve been on no contact for 2 weeks and people always tell me that he’s always at our old spot and he’s always alone and stuff but for some reason i feel like he’s over me ever since the start. My situation is so complicated because he asked for a break which i thought meant that we were still together but taking time off of each other but then eventually he explained that he saw a “break up” as a “break” since he said that we were going to get back together when we’re better for each other im so confused i feel like crying

Hi sir! Its been 3 months after my break up.. And i was not disturbing her anymore i took her politely even after she abuse me a lot in my Face... And then later after 2 months i Find my ex is still Abusing me wants to hurt me Wit such impunity even after she knows i am guilty and said SORRY.. Hello sidharth yadav, thank you for your comment. I don't see how your ex is "abusing" you or "hurting" you if she has blocked you and has no contact with you or anyone in your life. Great video! But .... what if you’ve had several comfortable, casual conversations with your ex ( after two break ups ) have handled it just as you said like a bf and then one of those times together he directly opens up says he misses you, he was scared before, needs you in his life and wants to know if you will go back. Side note - we are 60!!! And the clock is ticking! He has always been in my heart after a 3 year separation, and I am actually seeing someone else for a year and he knows it. I really desire for this to be a lasting relationship in the last chapter of our lives. What do I ask, how direct can I be, without scaring him but how far do I take the conversation? After all there’s a lot at stake here. Thanks guys!

I think you are right, I always push me to feel in a certain way pressuring. I also wrote down an amazing letter because i saw myself confident and happy, i'm 100% sure you can be proud of it but during the afternoon i talked with a friends who told me to move on. I lost all my confidence in one minute. I'm struggling a lot now, i really want to improve, be positive, have a nice day and a good future. I really wish i could effort more session. :(

I feel like talking to them is hard because people are trying to get them back so it makes it more nerve racking. People should go back to a time before they started dating, how did they talk to their ex? This time period was of great conversation because of how you presented yourself. It takes time and overall change to be able to talk to them again on that level.
