You're telling me haha, so all I got really is this car to see what happens. I've once roamed the wings at the main development center for an OEM because I heard there was a twincharger engine in a testcell. The engineer there said it was for emissions stuff and not for power, so I didn't get much insight :(

I have a 2v mustang v8, I want to rebuild, stroke to a 302 5.0 and addd cams and boost, and I’ve been getting obsessed with twincharging ( sounds that make organs lmao V8 cammed, supercharger whine, turbo spoil and flutter 😍) When are u guys realizing parts 4? Or the actual way to build one 🤷🏼‍♂️ if you’re not... would u be kind enough to link to some info? There’s not a lot of info available 🤷🏼‍♂️😭❤️

I'm also working on a twincharged setup similar to yours. Turbo feeding the intake mounted screw supercharger to a 1.6L engine. I'm also using a air to water intercooler to cool the charged air from to the turbo to the supercharger. My main concern is the air temps after the supercharger since its non intercooled. From where I'm from which is Malaysia a tropical country, ambient temps can reach over 36*C all year long and E85 is not available in my country.

Lol i heard if you're able to move the injectors further up the intake runners it'll have an improved cooling effect. I remember seeing videos of ITBs on an NA setup and the fuel injectors weren't even in the intake runners. They were at the entrance of he ITBs

Im looking to twin charge my 3.0 straight 6 I already have the ess tuning twin screw supercharger, Im looking into turbos if the ecu is already tuned for the sc do I have to tune again for the turbo?

I was surprised there was much change to the non-WOT tune when I went from Turbo only to the Twincharger, running on MAF.

Did I miss what you used to disengage the supercharger at a certain rpm or boost level???

Works best if you stay full compound and do not disengage the supercharger and keep it as a multiplier of what the turbo feeds it. No bypass etc to confuse the system.

Can you put an electric clutch on an M90 supercharger?

I know of a Mercedes Eaton M62 that has a clutch, so similar to you I wonder if that clutch would fit on the LSJ M62 that I am using. Don't let the clutch stop you, just bypass the SC to reduce load and regain torque lost to the front pulley.

@@MegaMechatronics Don't use a clutch or bypass. Full compound is where it's at. Makes for a more efficient setup with bigger powerband.
