I just updated my stereo. It was easy following your instructions. Just took a few minutes. But my problem is, when i receive phone calls on the stereo using Bluetooth it sounds like a robot. Can't understand anything. The update didn't help with that at all. Wondering what to do now.

Hey boss love the videos. I have a question for you if you dont mind as I'm a little lost. I am working onsetting up an amp and sub in my truck. I have power, ground and the rca cables ran. I have a wire which i was told is a signal wire and I'm not sure where to run the wire to or what to tap it into. Any help would be greatly apricated. Thanks

Did all these things with 3 different thumb drives and fat32 it will not find the folder no matter what I do but I’ve had it work with the last update

My Alpine started to have a mind of its own. Out of the blue, there are only certain buttons on the touchscreen I can push. Some won't do anything at all. I can't turn the volume up or down. It started to change some preset stations on it own, etc. How can I try a firmware update if I can't select certain buttons?
