You guys are great. I found your channel last year as well as your online store. I’m not a professional, just someone that enjoys working on and cleaning my cars. Rupes Uno Advanced my go to for an AIO. I use GTechniq C2V3 sprayed on a microfiber to remove it and use another towel to finish up. It leaves the surface nice and slick.

This stuff is GREAT! Just used it this past weekend color sanded vehicle wool pad and rupees d-a fine and finished it with the uno advanced with white pad! AMAZING RESULTS, then coated!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great video and channel! Quick question, what's the best pad to use if you want to freshen and renew a ceramic coated car that has light scratches? Also what would the prep be like?

Thank you for all your guidance, it is certainly appreciated. At your recommendation, I recently purchased Sonax Perfect Finish. It is excellent. I follow it with either Swissvax (hard to find these days) or P21S. Would something like a Polishangel product work as a 'refresher' for the Rupes after a few washes, or is it even needed? Again, thank you for helping an old guy keep his car looking good.

Can I use a microfiber finishing disc with this product? Also for a car with coating on it if it’s been a while does it need to be clayed first or just apply this by machine ?

New Subscriber here in the UK, great channel! How many pads are needed for a mid sized sedan and would you recommend cleaning a pad after every couple of panels? Or is this unnecessary?

Thanks for the sub! The more correction you're looking for, the more often you want to swap out to fresh pads. For the most part though, I'd recommend swapping out to fresh ones after every other panel or so.

Thanks for the information! I normally apply my si02 coating after a polish. Is that appropriate to do with the Uno Advanced or is it the final step in the coating process?

This is for somebody who wants a really quick polish, with adding some protection at the same time. If you're working with actual coatings, then you'd be looking for a pure polish and not one that includes protection.

Hi Todd, great video as always. I am applying Rupes advanced on my brother's car right now because it's gonna be raining today, and it'll be in my garage for the 4 hours to cure. Is this ceramic based? Can you give a few choices that would be compatible for using as a topper over the 12 months, that might make it last a little bit longer?

You'd ultimately need to test for compatibility, but products like Gyeon Ceramic Detailer, Kamikaze QD, or even PA Cosmic Spritz would be good candidates. Thanks.

No, that is not the case. The Rupes polishes are very good, but we still have an affinity for the Jescar / Perfect Finish combo for multi-stage processes.

If i recall they mention the yellow wool pad for more cut out of this AIO, how would that compare with this product vs using a Euro Fiber pad? Similar levels of cut? Thanks for video looks like a nice AIO.

If you want to use an actual ceramic coating, then use a pure polish...not an AIO.

Todd with my UNO Protect you were able to wait 30 minutes then clean it up with a topper and it really looked great. My guess is because of the better formulation of this product UNO is no longer recommending that.

If you're asking whether it needs a secondary product afterwards, then no, it's totally not needed.

Possibly. There are so many formulations out there that you can't simply say yes or no. You'd literally need to test it on a panel to see how it does.

That was one of the 3 ways I said that it could be used. If you're just doing a light and fast polish, you won't have enough cut to remove the coating.

Do I have to have dedicated towels for wipe off any curing in towel? What towels do you recommend for removal ?

No need to throw away like a traditional coating. I'd still wash them right away though. For us, we like to use our 300 towels for the first wipe, and 350 for the second wipe.

Todd, in the video you use the 350 towel for the first wipe and the 300 for the second wipe. Is this because you're wiping off a polish? I'm asking this question because in the Gyeon Pure EVO video you use de 300 towel for the first wipe and the 350 for the second wipe.

This is a completely different product / application than what you would use High Gloss for. High Gloss is more for maintenance, whereas this would be used for a light polish on a coating that's starting to look a little rough.

It's not really designed as a "primer" for coating. Typically speaking, anybody who is using a coating is going to be going for a higher level of correction, and therefore wouldn't be using an all-in-one.

They are two completely different products. This has defect removal capabilities, with a light-duty protectant. Master Sealant has no correction ability, and is a more durable protection.

No. A "glaze" was traditionally a filler product for body shops that didn't know how to finish polish. This is an abrasive polish with protective properties as well.

My clients aren’t a big believer of this product because it doesn’t bead. If Rupes could get it to bead the clients would love it and I wouldn’t need to top it up. I’ve left it on for a LONG time and it doesn’t bead.

Usually not when you're doing a very quick AIO polish, unless you have really sensitive trim you're dealing with. If you're doing more intensive one-steps polishing, or multi-stage, then absolutely.
