Wow this is soo good !! I have been using sex and masturbation for years to escape from feelings of shame and often would feel alot of shame while having sex.. This is something i'm going to change now ! thanks, Teal, really great video. Reaffirms for me a technique I developed myself from various teachings available in the 90's. In fact, just last night, I used this exact technique, but had not moved to the visualization stage as quickly as I wanted, and moved into the orgasm stage a bit early, and felt conflicted about this. Then, this morning, RU-vid suggested this video, which was like attending a good group therapy session. And as I commented below, "it works!" If you find it difficult to contain the whole scenario of manifestation in your mind as you're climaxing you could try visually focusing on a previously drawn symbol that represents all that which you wish to manifest. Look up how to produce a *sigil* - that's the term for the symbol of your desire. There's many ways of producing sigils.

Very interesting. But it's very important to understand that a massive amount of people don't have access to this energy because of severe chronic illness. Hey Teal, thanks for this video. I'm real big into manifesting with orgasmic energy. I can achieve it mentally by using kundalini energy. It feels like a big ball of energy moving up the spine. Sometimes it might get stuck in the root chakra. If this just happens just imagine the energy going around the blockages and clearing them up. When I was doing Kundalini work up in Oregon I would manifest things almost instantly. For example one time this girl I liked at the time text me, "Hey handsome". It was kind of funny cause I was thinking about her while the energy was going up my spine. It feels kinda like big pulsing sensations.
