How to use Audio Ducking in Adobe Premiere

Thanks Guys for this content. It has been really helpful. I have one additional question, how do you do ducking with multiple music tracks under one VO track? What I would like to do is in the middle of a video (VO) clip transition from one music track using ducking to another. I am trying to figure it out but not having any luck. I am thinking that maybe I need to cut the VO track into two pieces then assign one half to one and the other half to the other. Is there a better way?? Thanks again

Seems to me they should just have a sidechain option in Premiere, so you can quickly apply the compression to an audiotrack and be done with it. But thanks!

I just switched from imovie, where this is a lot simpler...wouldn't it be easier to ramp the audio down and up, then just cut and paste that ramp as needed? I'm wondering if most people use the method these guys describe, or some more straightforward hack.
