Thanks bro for your kindly advice at the age of 40’s im 62 kg hights 5’7” and starting 3weeks for workout but i need to gain and searching help piece of advice. my trainor said that i need more gain.,i go for serious mass as your advice but how do i eat in a normal meal after work out respect my comment thank you🇶🇦🇶🇦
Serious mass works great, Im 5'8 started at 160lbs. After taking it for 4 weeks I'm up to 180. I do recommend increasing your food intake as well, the shake by itself won't do much if your a real hard gainer.
I used serious mass for about 6 to 7 months. I weighed 10.5 stone and im now currently 13.3 stone. I was going gym 4 times a week, basically dirty bulking. Eating a mad fry-up in the morning & then the shake. I was getting my daily calorie intake in the mornings. Anything else throughout the day was a bonus and i knew i was gaining. Every few weeks I would check my weight and i can see it rising and rising. I put a pal on this and he was tiny, weighed in at like 10 stone something. Now weighs 11.3, 4 months and he stuck on over a stone! deffo works.
Also to add, I was using blue top ( Full fat milk ) not water for max results. Remember i was bulking to get bigger. I wasnt after a peter andre bod. Im talking rugby style! good luck! ( UK )
Update? It does add mass. I don't recommend taking it everyday if you're just starting out. It even mentions that on the container that you should try taking half a scoop so that your body can get use to it, then work your way to a full scoop. For me, I started taking a half of scoop for about a week and then started taking full scoops. I would take 1 full scoop a day for 2 days during the week and skip a day or two and continue the same process the end of that week. I just bought a new container over the weekend.
@@YoungVon33 I would start off with one 1/2 scoop a day first and gradually take 1 full scoop twice a day. I don't recommend you to take this every day. Me personally, I take it two days back to back and skip a day or two and start it again. Your body has to get used to it because taking too much will make you sick or send you to the bathroom.
yah this is what i do too... 1 scoop per 450-ish ml of water twice a day... going for two scoops of 700ml in one sitting is wild, unless maybe you're already built huge 😂
use an old protien tub and a full can of quaker oats. pulverize the oats in a processor and store in the protien tub. use 1-2 scoops per one scoop of gainer. Add 2 tblspns of peanut butter to the shake. 2 scoops oats 1 scoop gainer 2 tablespoons peanut butter. real calories mean real results, the mass gainer is just a supplement.
serious mass is great if you skinny and wanna gain weight but after 3 months i still have problem eating it idk how to make it taste better tried some of this shakes on youtube but they either using other flavors dat taste like cough meds(strawberry) or they go nuts with the nutella which is really not taste great if you wanna eat alot so is any1 out here ever made a shake with serous mass dat taste great and you can eat it 2=3 times a day with no problem
Yes as long as you continue eating what you do now and add this on top but start slow with only one scoop so your body can get used to it or else you may get really bad stomach aches, meaning if you use this to replace your meals you won’t notice a difference you need to get above your calorie cap by having this and eating properly

You don't have to, I personally split it into two cups with half scoop each and drink it at different times. As long as you are reaching your calorie goal that's all that matters

came across your channel from searching for the best weight gaining powder and would like to ask if I can I take this just to put pounds on my body, really need to gain some weight, 5'7" and 110lbs and high metabolism everything I eat doesn't make a different in weight gain and would gain 5lbs then lose it the very next day from going up and down the stairs to go do my laundry and I live on the 5th floor in an apartment building. thank you in advance.
@@benjieraga3573 have you tried this? It's very hard to gain. And I'm 41. Started getting like thyroid problems at 21 and after that couldn't gain a pound. Would try my best to eat well and proportion and snacks in btwn till I was tired of looking at food at one point. Gain 5 lbs in a week than losing it the week after in one day. So frustrating. 🤦♀️😔😢
how long does this stuff actually last? i’ve ran out of myprotein gainer and really don’t wanna wait for it to be delivered, i can collect this stuff tho
That's what I want to know too, because holy moly look at the size of that scoop! It's gigantic. And I notice at the lower right of the bottle it says 8 servings. Say if I were to take it 2 times a day, does it mean the whole bottle would only last for 4 days? Less than a week? Seems hardly worth it if you look at the price.

i drink it before sleeping like 2-3h before with whole milk for extra kick. But in day i try to eat as much as i can and train every day with heavy weights.4 weeks and i gained 5kg
Mass gainers contain more fats and carbs and less protein whereas whey protein contains mostly protein and very few fats and carbs. If you are slim and wish to gain muscles and weight go for mass. Whereas if you already have a bulk body go for whey to shape up the muscles.
Hi one question I take only one scoop a day after working out I've been taking serious mass gainer over 2 months now I started weighing 141 pounds now 155 pounds . Should I take 2 scoops a day??
Add another 100 ml of water or milk .. whatever you use... and another half a scoop should do it .. unless you want to bulk up then go for the two scoops a day ...but one and a half should be fine .
Serios mass= building muscle. put on fat and make u big and huge. And put on weight Whey protein= it build ur muscle . It doesnt put fat in ur body. It makes u shredded and lean. Doesnt add weight on u
