When it comes to a Fertilizer, a starter fertilizer at that, there are a lot of different uses you can use them for. GreenePop It’s any different as it is a starter fertilizer but what makes it nice Is that it’s a liquid, so you can use smaller amounts very easily. Liquid starter fertilizer, GreenPop, has been used to rebound my yard in small quantities on a weekly fertilizing schedule in the past. Today I am using GreenePop not for its seed cracking abilities, but for its filling in capabilities for my Kentucky blue grass and rye lawn. my philosophy in the lawn care community, is to identify a need, and find a solution that works for that need. One of my favorite ways of doing this, is to find new ways to use things you currently have and are using. So when it comes to a GreenPop, definitely look at the multiple ways you can utilize it. It is a very good Swiss Army knife of fertilizers.

Great video! I'm trying the same thing on the main area of my front yard(which is 1200 square feet) but with Greene Punch. I tore up a few areas with my sunjoe dethatcher that ended up leaving some areas about 6" in diameter(unintentionally) that are bare. Gonna use GPunch at 4oz/1k for the next 4 weeks and I'll be cutting 3× a week and I think those areas will fill in in no time flat with this every other day rain we've been getting

Soil test sent out and rough plan - using your spoon feed and Power Hit - as the foundation. Probably some tweaks after the results come back. Light snow flurries today though - ugh. Have a good one Jeremy!

Jeremy, I am well, unfortunately I will have to only mulch mow every 7 -10 days during the winter period. I only have a mild winter here so there is no hibernating the mower and whippersnipper . I still get my lawn therapy in😎How are you at the moment?

Would GreenePop work on flowering plants if watering roots only? Say 2 oz / gallon?
@TheGreenerLawn
@TheGreenerLawn 2 года назад
1 oz rate and yup!
@CaptainQueue
@CaptainQueue 2 года назад
@@TheGreenerLawn For established roses several years now I have been feeding them every 2-3 weeks a combo of 2 oz FloraGreene and 1 oz MicroGreene per gal at the roots only, and they are flourishing. That combo is too strong for soft-stem plants like zinnias, petunias, and will burn soft stem plants at that strength. I'll try GreenePop alone at 1 oz/gal. THX

@@CaptainQueueJust saw this about green pop on annuals. Have you tried it and is just for soil drench or can be used as a foliage application.
@CaptainQueue
@CaptainQueue Месяц назад
@@joes.6154 I have tried it only as a root drench (not spray) at 1.5 oz / gallon and ONLY on woody stem plants like roses and NOT soft stem flowers like Zinnias and annuals. That is, fill a 5 gal bucket with 4 gallons of water and mix in 6 oz. I have since had even better success with the following Greene County formula: FloraGreene (4-0-2) at 1.5 oz per gallon, with MicroGreene at 0.5 oz per gallon ... pour about 1/2 gal water mixture per rose bush and 3-4 gallons per tree. My roses and trees really respond well to it. As before, this is only for woody stem plants, not annuals. I am in a warm climate (Louisiana) with poor clay soil so I'm constantly adding something to the soil. Hope this helps.
