Am I the only one that feels there should be a true way to play Xbox controller on a PlayStation five I feel for first person and third person shooters the Xbox controller feel so much better but for fighting games the PlayStation five controller does feel way better for me in my opinion
ive seen plenty of comments saying that it doesnt work but iv tested this in both my ipad and android, and it worked on the ipad, i believe that this only works on apple devices and not android
hi there! im writing here because of my issue with pairing my xbox controller. i followed your video. i installed ps remote play on other device. i dont remember it clearly but at first it required the code and then somehow i managed to run the remote play without the code. i managed to open remote play and i see the window of my PS5 there. i also paired the xbox controller succesfully but the controller there doesnt work :(
I've been trying for the last hour...it keeps saying can't link someone else is using remote play on this ps5...nobody is...signed out and back in several times
I followed video and I'm very good with technology. So I set up remote play work perfect with my ps5 remote I tried with xbox remote...it works on my phone BUT soon as I click remote play doesn't work or control ps5 remote play at all. I'm also on android any advice?
its connected to my phone and my phone is linked cause im looking at the game on my phone but the controller doesnt do anything. im also using the elite 2 controller
I did everything but my Xbox controller isn't working on the ps remote app and i disconnected it then connected. it didn't work. I turned off the controller the turned it back on didn't work. :(
You can’t sadly..if your Xbox controller can’t connect that means it’s not Bluetooth supported if it is a Xbox older then the Xbox one s then it can’t pair
Hello Robin 👋 but in fact at the end when you disconnect your phone the controller disconnects automatically so you can't play you have to leave the phone connected to wi-fi and Bluetooth on while you play? if not how? You can not…
Hello! 👋 that’s right, for this method you need to have your phone connected. But recently I found another way to use an Xbox controller on a PlayStation, but you need a Google TV for that. If you are interested in the method, I could make a video about that.
@@RobinB360 yes txs i ve got a google tv and i'm very interresed scuse my english i'm from Paris FR . How ??? show me please txs for your very quick answer ! Ty v m
@@RobinB360 hello i connected my elite 2 on my GTV àd on ps5 but i can't play ??? Please help me bro txs
@@nevralgyk4215 No problem. There is a way to install (3rd party) apps on it, so you can use your PlayStation on the Google tv and connect a Bluetooth controller (like the Xbox controller). I need some time, but I will definitely make a video about it. So just keep an eye out for it on this channel 👍
@@nevralgyk4215 You could try to reset the controller with a pin on the backside. And also restart (not reset) the Google tv in the settings menu. From there you can connect the controller again via Bluetooth and then booth up the ps5 through the PlayStation app/remote play. If that doesn’t work there is also a 3rd party PlayStation remote app in the store, but it’s not free (about 4 euros at the top of my head). That app works a lot better than the original PlayStation app for Google tv.
The ps remote play app is probably the worst app I've ever used its saying something or someone else is alr connected and nothing connected to it this app is a hard -1m/10
This doesn’t work anymore. Sony has done something with remote play app so it disconnects if you use an Xbox controller. Just so they can profit on their shitty plastic stick drift controllers for 80 bucks.
Could be a couple of things like: - A 3rd party issue, like an Antivirus or Firewall that is overprotective and giving a false positive. - Automatic connection is failing. A manual issue could resolve it. - UPnP is disabled on your router. Just enable UPnP on your router. - A port forwarding issue. You could forward these ports UDP 9296, UDP 9297 and UDP 9303 which you need for Remote Play. Hope this helps!
