Do you wrap it at full tightness all throughout? I used to do that and get all numb-ish after but after someone taught me to tighten in increments per loop, haven’t had issues.
For one, use the thumb loop. It's what helps keep the wrap tight and in place. Secondly, this is too complicated. Wrap slightly high so that you feel the support and just velcro it straight across.
No Just wrap it so that it's high and tight. And then take them off. Too many people using them for pull ups or just everything. Also use them only when you need otherwise weak wrists will follow. Same applies for belts. Stop wearing them like accessories
Right bro lmao I think it’s so funny when homies hit their whole workout with belt or wrist wraps. I use that shit for my max effort/ heavy sets and throw it off right after the set. They’re crutches (except for straps in some cases) and you’re just screwing your self over by using them all the time
