Bro. I love this video. Here's why: I live in North Texas and people dress pretty casually here. While I'm always trying to elevate my style, it's nice to know that you can look good in a pair of light wash jeans. Especially since they're pretty commonplace here. Sometimes I don't want to stand out, and light wash jeans are the ticket. Thanks for doing this video jeff.

In my opinion, if you want to mix dressy with casual items, you have to use the dressier version of the casual and the more casual version of the dressier item in order to bridge the difference. That is, you can not wear light wash jeans with a sport coat. Even if it is a flannel or a linen (more casual) sportcoat.

Never thought about putting my cognac colored double monks with light washed jeans. Not sure why I haven't. The light wash jeans dress down the double monks just a tad. If I go that route, and I AM going to try this, whatever shirt, sweater, or even t-shirt I put on with that ensemble, has got to be above a certain pay grade... Even if it's a t-shirt, it has to be a really well made, well fitted, almost dress t-shirt. Otherwise the double monks will look too dressy for the outfit. Forgive me,... I'm yammering on....I'm brainstorming. I've been trying to find ways to wear my double monks on more days to more casual places. Salute, G.
