If you've been following along you may have noticed we took a little break from posting the longer form videos...we did & have been focusing on learning new things! The main focus for us has been music, and we are excited to see where music takes us. As we start to get back into RU-vid, our content will be shifting & will be including music related topics & conversations so keep an eye out for that.
As a kickstarter, this is a video we filmed earlier this year about how we not only met but how we fell in love with each other. At the end we give you a small real time update on everything else going on!

I agree. Truly falling in love with someone and having them return those feelings is a one in a million chance experience. Most of us never find it anyway, and 99% of the time the juice is not worth the squeeze. I've been on this earth 49 years and never found it appealing. You're right though, when it works, it's nice to see.

I am really pleased for you both. What a wonderful example of a gay marriage that works well. I am gay. Married to my accepting wife for 51 years and cared for her with MS for 26 years, before she passed in 2022. I have a son and a daughter, both married with 2 sons each. They are very accepting. I am now free to be the gay man I always was. Not looking for a husband though. Too old now. That is OK. I hope your love for each other grows deeper and stronger every day. Every happiness to you both. (Love all your chest hair. Absolutely gorgeous).

I met my husband at tea dance in Key West just over 34 years ago. I was from Virginia, he was from Seattle. We met by chance both on vacation. Life has been wonderful ever since. Key West is truly a magical place.

Keep working at it, I just got a divorce from my husband after 22 years together . We also traveled a lot together, it’s not enough. But it’s good that you have found different hobbies together. Marriage is work and you have to keep working at it and keeping it fresh; which is very hard after 20 years. Good luck guys!

That a common theme for gay couples. There are several of my friends 60+ that have been together for a while. Some because of financial reasons and don’t want to start dating again.

Thank you for the video. You will continue to learn about each other for years to come. Im glad when you argue, you both make up. It's life and it's hard. Especially for male couples! I’m glad you found each other. Relationships are hard. But it pays off if you can stay together through the good and bad. I’m a physician and feel bad for many of my elderly gay patients who are single and have no one to help them in a time of need. Stay together. I support your relationship.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. So true, many people forget you often share a surface level and curated version of your lives. Understandable why of course. But it definitely gives people a false idea about love and relationships. Like you said, lovectakes work. You need to be able to affectivly argue and work through disagreements. Have an open mind, and be willing to grow and change both as a person and an individual. Hope your music aspirations continue to develop and progress.

Hey - my husband’s mother was born in Key West. My husband says he could go to Key West today and find his way to his great-grandfather’s house (if it’s still there - he hasn’t been there since 1963).

I was in love at 19 and my ex and I lived together for 14 years and for the most part it was wonderful and as we grew older I had grown in my career and so did he but I needed more a home and the suburbs which took us away from the city life and my partner and I realized we were not on the same path and parted ways and today still remain very close friends. I am older now and have been with my husband for 15 years and married 4 years and have moved from New Jersey to Florida. We love each other and respect and communicate and always willing to compromise. I am proud of both of you and continue to love one another and put each other first and you will have a lifetime of happiness together! Good luck and thank you for sharing your lives with us. 🙏 😃

❤....I miss my last love. Fell fast for each other, taught me about hurricane parties, and pretty much together every day. We found each other's annoyances quickly...but having to move 1500 miles back home breaks hearts.

Love the story, love you guys together. Relationships are work and especially tough to navigate at first that’s for sure! But when it’s right, it’s right and everything starts falling into place. Celebrating 16 years (10 years married) this year with my husband and went through many of the things you described. We had to go through those earlier relationships to be ready for each other. We both feel it wouldn’t have worked when we were younger. But with age comes wisdom. 😀

My husband and I have 38 years together, we are together all day everyday now that we are both retired., Communication is the true key to making work! I think both people have to want to be in a relationship to make it work, good luck and best wishes for many more years!

Thanks for the update. Love the emergence of your music stuff. Loved what you guys said about "thinking I was in love.." I'd say, you were in love, but that person took your love for granted. I always wondered, when did those 2 adorable dogs enter the picture? They seem to be perfect pets for people who may be lonely and haven't found anyone to love. What type of breed are they and what advice can u give. Thnking of it for myself once I retire in a few years. Hugs...xoxox

Love each day like it's your last day together. I watched you all for long time. The love y'all have for each other if precious. I can tell y'all are soulmates. I lost my soulmate to covid in 21. He was everything to me. We were talking about getting married, but God has other plans. We were together for 25 years. I have followed your videos for a while now but WHOA! A couple of years ago y'all did a video talking about how you "met" in Costa Rica describing the details. Herein you talk about"trust" but I wonder how do you expect your followers to trust when your own "story" isn't consistent. You've sunk to the level of the Kardashians.
