sweet. never seen the top n pull out insides method done b4 on peppers. I hv peppers in now I will do it this way now.

That's a lot of peppers you bagged up. Good video. Does freezing make them soft /mushy when their thawed thanks for sharing.

After freezing they will won't be crispy but they will still impart flavor to whatever you are cooking!

Once they are frozen are they soggy when they are I thawed?

I roast them, then freeze airtight bag.

Could have just said cut how u want and put in baggie and freeze...

put them on a cookie sheet to freeze then i used my sealer don't do them like this

Use gloves, you're freezing your own germs. Why use a spoon to go into the bag when you have touched every piece of food.
