2 Peter 2:4 also mystifies me. If lucifer and possibly that 1/3rd of his followers is running amuck in our midst, corrupting God's creation and seeking to kill, steal and destroy us - who then are the angels whom God locked away in "tartarus" where they await judgement day? Unless they escaped that 'gloomy dungeon' God locked them in, how were they able to be out roaming the earth - tempthing adam and eve and Jesus and us? OR were there two groups of angels whom God cast out of heaven?
The 2nd group you speak of , the tartarus group, they chose themselves in a separate incident to abandon their status as watchers and come down to stay on earth and take wives and have children. It was not a Satan inspired or relevent event. They sinned due to the lust they had over earthly women and were jealous of mans ability to create offspring to love and bring up. I personally believe they (the 199 as main offender of the 200 was locked away on his own place) are still locked away

Don't we have enough on our plate in dealing with our carnality? Coupled with our old nature, it seems we are seriously hamstrung by having satan - the ruler of earth to also deal with. We have to battle on several fronts down here...the world, the flesh and the devil - thanks a lot God!
Sounds to me that God is allowing sin in heaven. And he is making things as hard for people as he can. No proof he exists Making tons of people have no food and requiring humans to eat. Plants get food from the sun, I think an all powerful being could think of another way to sustain or bodies than killing things to eat. But that’s just more blood and death he has built into us. Lots of issues he could deal with but doesn’t And choosing with all the options a God with all the power to create anything chooses that he wants blood and death to please him.

The story, as i understand it today, goes that 'the most high' Elohim, God the creator, gave free-will to his humans as well as to his family of spirit beings in that realm. That, the story goes, is mostly what gives rise to our hell on earth - much of the hell is on us but most of it is due to those other Elohim, who used their free will to go against the creator's wishes....basically the non-typical and non-evangelical beliefs i presently hold are - that while the most high had himself a spiritual family but wanted a human family in which to partner with to work With Him to get the hell out of us and out of His 'good' earth. Most want to drag their own supposed righteousness along with them and end up on the broad way that leads to destruction. It happened during Genesis. 500 years ago since the creation of mankind. The Bible isn’t specific but satan had to have fallen somewhere between the 4th day and the day eve/Adam were first tempted. The word “stars” in genesis 1:16can easily be translated angels, so I believe the angels including satan were created on day 4.
Why do I have this insistent thought that another reason God cast Lucifer down...was because he would not bow down to man, as God had instructed? Anybody else hear of this?
Have not heard about it to be honest, but it makes logical sense. If he was not going to bow down to the Most High, much less likely that he would to Man an inferior being compared to the Most High. Lucifer unfortunately became insane with his affirmations.

Neither Isaiah nor Ezekiel are referring to Satan and his fall. The fall of Satan is only spoken of at the end of the bible, rather the excommunication of Satan from the Heavens.

Satan is not the only fallen angel who is recorded specifically. There is also Apollyon who has task to hold key of Bottomless Pit and lead the locusts army. Revelation 9:1, 11 Then the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star from heaven which had fallen to the earth; and the key of the bottomless pit was given to him. They have as king over them, the angel of the abyss; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in the Greek he has the name Apollyon.
Oh I forgot to mention that those verses in Ezekiel not only describe the fall of King Tyre but also prophesy the fall of Satan. If we notice Revelation 12, Satan already lose when the Son of God has been born. So the last enemy of Jesus is death when He went to the cross and arose, but this is not fulfilled since Jesus not yet reign as King truly King of Earth (as we see death still happening around the world). I think Satan’s fall happened shortly after when God made man in the sixth day, and the Lord favored mankind that we became His crowned creation. With his heart hardened with his own pride, Satan/Lucifer likely raged with anger as he saw it unfitting that he, the most magnificent angel of heaven, would have to serve a creature that was created lower than himself. That would explain why Satan hates all of mankind to this day, because he didn’t want to serve mankind before he fell, which could also explained why he tempted Adam and Eve. All of this is only my speculation and belief, so don’t take my word for granted, I could be wrong. I would like to hear other people’s thoughts on when and why Satan fell from heaven.
The idea that Satan was an angel created by God, who turned against God's authority, has some problems. It assumes that God's angels are lustful and sinful creatures who could fall at any point. This further implies that they possess a sinful nature like us, and therefore live immortally with the temptation to sin, and rebel against God. If this is the case we could take little comfort from Jesus' words about those who are resurrected: 'Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels' (Lu 20:36). If being equal to the angels means continuing to be tempted to sin, but forever, that's like a worse state than being human. Satan means 'adversary', and can apply to people as adversaries to other people, or to God's angels as adversaries to men. Nowhere is it necessary to apply it to a fallen angel or supernatural evil entity. As it is admitted that Isa 14 and Eze 28 refer to the kings of Babylon and Tyre, it's therefore unnecessary to bring these passages into the equation.

When Jesus says he saw Satan fall like lightning, i think he just said it in a way that it was very quick, like God wasted no time. But his fall wasn’t an accident, it was an intentional move by God to remove his authority in heaven. Fall or pushed regardless it was God who made it happen.
Yeah jesus probably didn't see the action of force but rather just the reaction of force which called Satan to fall to earth at lightning speeds. He was pretty much "Yeeted" to earth 😂😂

I don't know where you got that, but strong concordance also translate its hebrew 'helel' to Lucifer as its origin 'morning star' I don't know if the word lucifer in latin means 'light bringer' was used by Latin translation or who popularized this when people translated its Hebrew before English mainstream

This is what frustrates me…you specifically state that these passages refer to the kings of Babylon but then say “we believe” these are also referring to the evil forces behind them…isn’t this pure speculation? How and why do people interpret this “belief” from scripture? Seems inappropriate to apply an assumption to scripture??
Read Eze. 28. I think it’s clear, not speculation. It begins referring to the prince of Tyre, it’s written in present tense and what it says could be said to a man. But in verse 11 a second prophecy is given that refers to the King of Tyre (not the prince - most people don’t recognize that the subject actually changes). It’s written in the past tense and what it says could only apply to Lucifer/Satan (like “you were in Eden” and “you were an anointed cherub”). The language in Isaiah is very similar to the second half of the text in Ezekiel. The Bible often is saying two or more things at once and it requires study and the leading of the Holy Spirit to tease out the meanings. When the Bible seems to be specifically referring to a man but starts talking about non-human characteristics, or a prophesy of something that’s to come soon suddenly starts talking about something that can only be in the distant future, etc., we have to look deeper and understand there is something more being written about.
Jesus’ use of Isaiah 14 verse 12 to describe Satan’s fall (Luke 10:18) has led many to see more than a reference to the king of Babylon. Because of Jesus’ interpretation, people are able to understand that it was Satan who energized the evil rulers of Babylon and Tyre. They were like Satan because he was the one influencing them. There must be a gazillion examples in the Bible where its mentions both a person or place and then makes reference to the spiritual aspect BEHIND that thing or person. People who have a problem with this in the Isaiah and Ezekiel text sound like they have not read most of the Bible. This is a common theme throughout the Bible.
I thought Satan’s desire was to be LIKE God, perhaps on an equal playing field with God? Could someone clarify? Also, how do we know the angelic host was created before the Earth? Wasn’t the Earth created on day one, at least according to the Answers in Genesis people? Or is Genesis 1:1 just a summary of what happens throughout the creation week, as I initially thought? You don’t have to become Jewish to enter the new covenant. That was what the heretical Judaizers tried to preach, and Paul called their gospel anathema, and called out Peter when he joined in their hypocrisy. For both Jews and Greece have equal value before God. The Syrian general from second kings chapter 5, the Canaanite woman from Matthew 15, and Cornelius from acts chapter 10 are examples I can think of off the top of my head helps and/or saves gentiles, some of whom could arguably be classified as white people. It was the sons of God that presented themselves to the Lord, not angels. This misleads people. Go to the original text in Hebrew. NO ANGEL DID HE EVER CALL A SON.
Why do you have this urge to lie? The fall of the revelation and the fall that was prophesied has nothing to do with Adam's temptation, it is easy to understand that at revelation Satan was still accusing John's brothers, and the heaven was cleansed from him later some time. That fall has to do with the war in heaven and you have the story of Job that sheds light to your darkness... Satan was still showing in front of God trying to blame Job for different things. So now, like that guy 'how to win million subscribers', maybe you need to leave this title just as a question, you might get some better answers!
After (in the story of the woman, the child, and the dragon) the child went up to heaven and the devil waged war against the woman who birthed him (the church or israel) after that is when he fell. When Jesus took his seat next to the father the devil was cast down
The word 'satan' means 'adversary'. So, in Lu 10:18 Jesus is speaking about an adversary falling from heaven. Back in verse 15 he also says: 'And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell'. Capernaum the town in Galilee wasn't literally in heaven, but it is a reference to its pride which had exalted it above others, figuratively to heaven. This pride was shown in their rejection of Jesus, even though he had done mighty works there (Mt 11:23). So, it is evident that human nature was an adversary here to Jesus' preaching, and it needed to fall down from its high position. In verse 17 the disciples return and report that the devils are subject unto them, because they have cast them out of people. These devils were mental illnesses which people had which prevented them from receiving the gospel with a sound mind. So, it seems that Jesus was referring to the adversary of the human mind which either because of pride or incapacity resists God, and his truth. It was this adversary which Jesus was seeing fall from heaven, that is, from its exalted position.
I believe the soul exists in the foetus before it comes to be a person. Jeremiah 1:5 says that God knew us all even *before* we were formed in the womb, and in Galatians 1:15 Paul describes being set apart before being born. Similar thoughts are echoed in Psalms 139 and Isaiah 44. I strongly believe that every single person walking this planet was created in eternity; destined to be here by His divine will, each with a unique purpose and design. Based on this, perhaps a miscarried foetus still forms & exists for some divine reason but was never intended to leave the womb as a person (which obviously has a soul).

Generally, you guys are pretty good, but I’m disappointed with you this time. Angels were created on Day 1, NOT long before the Earth was created, as you implied. Exodus 20:11 “for IN six days the Lord made Heaven and earth, the sea, and ALL that in them is,” So the Bible plainly tells us WHEN they were created. Also, the Bible gives us a good indication of WHEN Lucifer fell, Genesis 1:31”And God saw EVERYTHING that he had made, and, behold, IT WAS VERY GOOD. And the evening and the morning WERE THE SIXTH DAY.” Would Satan and the demons be described as VERY GOOD? Of course not! Therefore, the fall of Satan must have occurred at some point AFTER the 6-Day creation week. Also, Satan appearing in Heaven before God as described in the Book of Job, occurred in Job’s time, which was approximately 4,000 years ago, which is some 2,000 years after the fall of Adam and Eve and has absolutely Zero to do with trying to determine when Satan fell, so I’m really kind of confused as to why you even out that in there. Also, Hebrews 1:14 says of the Angels, “Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?” Being that the Bible tells us that the purpose for Angels existing is to serve mankind, would it make any sense for God to create them eons and ages before He created man? Of course not. Not sure who you’re allowing to influence you, but you dropped the ball on this one. Remember, the Bible is it’s own best commentary, NOT man. Get a concordance and simply allow it to answer your questions from the Bible itself.
Jee, this is a pretty strong reaction given the great amount of mystery that surrounds angels and other Heavenly matters. Getting any sort of timeline on such details is naturally going to be very difficult, and arguably doesn't matter as much as the relationship we mortals have with the Creator, which is in fact far more explored in scripture.

Satan obeys God - no good or evil happens without God's approval and that's biblical FACT - maybe if most modern day Christians didn't worship the replacement image of Christ aka the image of the beast they'd understand God

I would specifically like to add, what Bible references tell us that the angels were created before the earth, like you say in the video? That's a big assumption to make without support.
