Atta Ur Rehman is a machine for spending public money ruthlessly

The other day, I was looking at the research by the faculty members of Materials science department at MIT. I was surprised that almost none of them had more than 4 papers in the last year or years before that. Some had 3 or less per year. And my prof. at NUST says that he's written or contributed to 12 papers last year which have been published or at least accepted. This he's done along with taking undergrad and grad classes throughout the year. So i guess we do have some magical wand. I am not saying that he plagiarised or something but the quality of research would definitely be not as good.

I read Feynman’s surely you are joking Mr Feynman where there is a chapter “Judging books by their cover”. Feynman was a faker a joker and a baffoon to his friends and collegues but his sincerity and honesty is this regard was outstanding. He never took any bribes from publishers , gave honest feedback and his well deserved criticism towards the system in general created an awe inside my mind during my teens and I was pretty clear that I may not become a genius like Feynman but I will always try to follow this integrity and honesty at this level which he has shown. He enjoyed life to its brim and so I will not miss out anything in life by remaining honest. I think we shud teach great people ‘s life in school to get lesson on morality and life skill. If I havent read abt Feynman, Einstein, Tagore, Lincoln, Gandhi , Faiz , Rammohan, Vidyasagar , Madam Curie I may never try to be a honest and better person bcoz the people we see around us friends , relatives and even parents and teacher are not worth of any lesson. Just checked Dr. Rahman's google scholar. Oddest assortment of publications. Ranging from Chemistry to medicine to atmospheric science to computer science to management. If half it is his work he has got to be most versatile researcher in the world.

There are many flaws in Higher Education System of Pakistan. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is a MAFIA and don't want to promote BTech Engineering/Engineering Technology. National Technology Council (NTC)'s ACT is pending since 2015 and Service Structure hasn't been approved for BTech Engineers till yet. Actually PEC Engineering and BTech were same and both the Degree students were studying the same books but then this HEC's chairman Mr. Tariq Banouri and PEC MAFIA Engineers changed curriculum of BTech Engineers in 2016/2017 so a new scheme of study was introduced for BTech Engineers and also the title change from BTech Engineers to Engineering Technologists. This chairman, Mr. Tariq Banouri appointed Mr. Imtiaz Gillani as chairman of National Technology Council (NTC) on his Power Basis. Engineering Technology is also 4-Years Degree but 3 years theory and 1 year Internship/Project. Now I studied Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) 3-Years in 2011 and after that I have studied BTech Engineering 4-Years in 2015 UET Peshawar, so a total of 7 -Years I have spent in studying Engineering but still PEC MAFIA Engineers say that we don't accept you even PEC MAFIA Engineers have studied only 4-Years Engineering (B.Sc/BE Engineering) . Shame, Shame, Shame 😞 Mr. Tariq Banouri and Mr. Imtiaz Gillani - You both are answerable. KHUDA ko kya jawab dengay ap log jab hanara itna keemti tym waste kiya or pese zaya kiay. This person, Mr. Tariq Banouri just wasted the technical education (BTech Engineering) in Pakistan. ALLAH ap sab ko hidayat de warna to tabah karde ap sab ko. AMEEN.

If Pakistanis can tolerate General Rani as the 'acting head of State' during most trying times; anything can happen. A state formed in the name of religion than any publicly accepted constitution will always be destined to fall.

After that, there is not a iota of doubt that Dr. Ata ur Rehman is a corrupt person. For every project, his first priority is to make money from it. If he is making millions then those who have installed him are making billions. Quality education has always been a dream for a average Pakistani.

Anyone can file a patent(l have filed many patents and l invented several medical products which are on the USA market) But did they actually obtained USA patents,that is the question? How many invented products were put on the world market by Pakistani institutes for the last 50yrs.? zero. Teach children to think, self learn via the internet, research and innovate at school and then they will build new industries. Set up one stop shop online government and many tax free special economic zones with dry ports to increase exports.

You have published x number of articles. Unfortunately, there is an increasing trend in Pakistan. Scientists/teachers/researchers are being evaluated based on their research publications. Who will ensure the quality, a real impact? Non issues are being pitched as the core issues.
