Every model, every actor that went on adin's stream may sue him too since they didn't sign any legal contract that made Adin the owner of everything that happens on his stream even if other people are present in it.

@@MC-ml3cn Yeah but nothing was signed and its assumed that everyone on the stream had some form of ownership since they didnt sign anything, plus the majority of that stream was Hasan talking with Tate. Adin barely said anything in it. Hasan was quite literally in the middle of it. Adin would be shooting himself in the foot if he actually wins too, dude snitches on himself online bragging about stealing a smaller streamers cash. If you want to take action in court you first have to shut up about it lol. Hasan is friends with Ethan that won a case about copywrite, which was a huge battle, its not completely new. Which he did, the debate in question was edited and additional context was added to inforce hasans points as he is speaking. So even if the ownership was iffy, it was still transformative

However, due to recent experience I can say that there are lawyers who take pro bono cases and there are firms that specifically deal with a lot of cases like RU-vid Copyright shit. These firms allow many different ways to pay their lawyers. Some offer taking money only when the case is won. All it takes is a little research and finding a lawyer who would be willing to help. You'd really be surprised at how little it can cost to take someone to court. So I just tell people to if they feel they were seriously wronged by someone and they feel getting the law involved is necessary, then start making appointments at various firms to get more information. Most firms actually offer free appointments and even walk ins. Some even just give you information over the phone. Again, please just do more research.

Ludwig mentions this. If I show up on your stream, I can use that footage. If you show up on my stream, you can use that footage. You say that Adin is legally right. Not really, because unless he has everyone sign a release form, the law is rather murky here. Corporations, big content creators actually have release forms, they have contracts that are signed before hand. So their copyright strikes are legally valid.

Let me explain it to you. Imagine RU-vid having 10,000,000 copyright claims. If even 1 percent of those claims are fraudulent, that's 100,000 videos. That's a lot of videos. But it's still 99 percent effective.

That's not a counter argument tho. Even if it was the case that Adin did the same thing as Hasan, it doesn't mean their shouldn't be a right to copyright claim the content. But wasn't the same type of issue. The NFL was live so Adin's recording is like when 2 streamers record the same event and produce their own content. In this specific situation, Hasan didn't have a recording so he took it from Adin which is what could possibly be charged but it's a grey area since it's a new type of lawsuit

I'm not sure. I'd assume that since copyright claims are a thing, it's in the RU-vid contract. If there was no distirbution rights, copyright claims wouldn't be a thing at all. But it might be another technicality that I'm not aware of
