It's summer, tropical days , and you fancy a good roasted duck. But you don't want to spend a few hours in the kitchen where it's as hot as an "oven". No problem, in this video, you will find a solution - a humidified duck. You make a simple preparation, put everything in one baking dish and bake it. While the duck is humidifying, you can cool off in the pool. You only look into the kitchen when you need to turn the duck over and then at the end of baking, when you take the whole baking tray out and send selected bites to the shaft in the shade of an umbrella. Top it with a cold beer and you can still relax by the pool.
