I'f that motor is a 7 bolt, have the crank checked for end play. I hope I'm wrong, but a chewed crank sensor that displayed problems in only one sided corners before dying completely sounds like crankwalk.

Yep...teardown and replacement of the thrust washers. Remember reading about that on DSMTuners some many, many years ago...

@@MrTellitobi Its not impossible to change them, aggressive bite track pads typically make a lot of noise until they get up to temp so its a trade off. If you want the performance, you sort of have to deal with the noise which is why most wont street them.
