before yall bash this girl, have yall done your research on promising therapeutic effects on humans while on hydrogen supplementation? I was in the bandwagon with yall before I had bad eczema for many years and been using steroids creams and been visiting many doctors. None of them had the solution to cure my feet, it was so bad that i keep scratching them and my feet kept bleeding. One day my friend suggested me to try his machine that has a high output that makes hydrogen rich water. At first i was like nah i've done all sorts of things to try to heal my feet? I had done epsom salt soak and all, what could hydrogen do to my bad eczema feet that keeps bleeding? Even i've tried all sorts of ointments and all and it didn't heal. Why would i waste my time to try hydrogen water? But my friend just told me why not give it a shot, you don't lose anything and anyway the machine he paid for it and just wanted me to get better. So one day I decided i will give it a try and I wasn't expecting it to help my feet. But damn was I wrong because after the first session I felt the itchiness had gone down by alooott, I was excited and I told my friend how this water has brought down my itchiness by atleast 80 percent at the first trial. Afterwards I went back just once more and mannn the itchiness completely disappeared. Even though I haven't went back to use it because of my busy schedule, the itchiness from my eczema hasn't resurfaced yet. Anyway I can't afford those machines because it ranges from 4k-20k. Just letting you guys know It help my legs.

In the 80s we never had water bottles or walked around with water bottles. Drank from the garden hose. Played outside all day. And we all did ok. Nowadays, it’s all about drinking more water. So what changed???
We had better food. Our food is trash now. Chemicals in the farmers field fake sugars. Added preservatives color dyes and the list goes on. Our food sucks period even meat and fish are full of chemicals or steroids . Better food more energy . you probably know this how come more than 1/2 of American are fat and not just 10 or 20 lbs but 50 to 100 lbs over weight . I have a couple books on this the benefits of hydrogenated water it’s not something society plus doctors talk about because good lord if we can heal ourselves from certain ailments then the big pharmaceutical companies would go broke !! There is lots of good research on hydrogen water. I have what may be an interesting question for you. Where are you consuming this much water before you started drinking hydrogen water? Is it possible that part of the benefits that you’re experiencing because you were more hydrated and not dehydrated?
Yes, I drink more water than this on a daily basis. Everyday at least 120 oz of water. Have for years. But, yes, I think that could be the case possibly with some people.

Look it up. I think what you guys are referring to here is molecular hydrogen as in two hydrogen atoms which are covalently bonded (H-H). But ionic hydrogen is hydronium, which is acid (H+).

This is very wrong. If you have 1.5ppm of hydrogen in let's say 500ml of water. It would take a about 3000 breaths with an average breath of about 0.5 litres of air. Which is about how many breaths you'd do in 4 hours. So in theory we're drinking 500ml of hydrogenated water at 1.5ppm every 4 hours. Maybe there is a benefit to having that much intake of hydrogen within a couple of minutes..
so disappointed that a $250 hydrogen water bottle is plastic and not glass I will have to think long and hard before spending that kind of money on plastic. I simply do not like drinking from plastic. and nowhere on the website does it say that it's bpa-free.
I am not a pro anything. But hear me out. I would do this water and do bicarbonate salt water separately. Just for the sake of dosing and giving your body a chance to digest all this stuff easily. The more complexity you add the harder your body has to work. I think. The benefits from hydrogen water from the most commonly sited studies are beneficial but scant at best. I would put hydrogen water up there with Alkaline water and collagen, not worth it.
She puts it in the water bottle she is shilling. You can't add more of a gas to water than it can retain or it will evaporaate even when in a container. The empty space between the water and the top of the container would contain the hydrogen. On a nice hot summer day if you opened the top, you would get a nice little colorless flame that would burn your skin off.
4 weeks of doing meth. I feel amazing. No ill side effects in the 4 weeks I been taking it. Still have my health and teeth. So I guess 4 weeks is enough for a conclusion. Turns out meth aint bad for yah.
