I actually don’t like molped. I prefer it to virony and lady care though. But my best will be Always. Always pads became scarce and I switched to molped. When I found a supermarket close to me that had always in bulk. I went back to my sweet nice always. My problem with molped and the other pads is the gum. It doesn’t stick to your pants like always. Always pad forever.
Great tips dearie. One thing I do now since I started giving birth is to buy disposable pants for my period. I think it's better that way. Just dispose of everything after use
Seriously I don't know why the topic PERIOD is something something ladies are ashamed of. Its a natural thing. Anyway I also have alot of pain as well and I basically do the same things you do before and during. It helps alot to keep drinking loads of water, preferably warm or hot and move alot. It helps the flow. Hot baths are maguc as well.

Youre right, for health reasons i mostly drin room temprature water, iv also eliminated refined sugar and soda from my diet and my cramps got better but honestly this molped thing, my sister, I'm just sitting here wondering if it's the same Molped I have used that everyone is hyping. Honestly it's true what they say different strokes for different folks. As a heavy flow girl.. Molped always get's me stained and it's not because I wear it for a long time it's that it's not able to absorb sudden heavy rushes and that's how my period is but I'm glad it works for you girls.

This period thing is a real mood spoiler,if i don't take painkillers i am never able to do anything because i am always in serious pain😢 And the painkiller has a specific type oo,if not I will be in severe pain till the last day Hot water bottle is one thing i really want to get but i have not been able to get it yet Thank you Chantel,these tips are really helpful

Loved and enjoyed watching I'm currently enjoying virony it's actually very soft too I buy molped sometimes. My tip would be to shave off your underarm hairs too. Days to my period I notice that I smell different than I did a few days before so I'm more hygienically conscious. Another tip would be how to properly dispose of your used pads and tampons. I personally wrap in white nylons then in news papers after that I use the black one to seal it twice before putting it in the bin
Hot or warm lemon grass tea helps relieve menstrual cramps. Improves menstrual flow so that it finishes fast. I used to have it for 6 days but when I started drinking it it reduced to 3 or 4 days.
@@ChantelAnyanwuKelechi it is few of my friends that use it have not gone back since. They even tell others. You can use it to cook soups if you don't like it as tea. Pepper soup maybe.
