So, yesterday an hypo accident happened to me. I can’t describe how painful it was. The worst pain I’ve ever felt in my whole life. Now I’m swollen, I hope I will not get any further damage in the next few days. Also… not gonna lie, I’m scared to keep going with the treatment now.
Hello dr i just did a hypochlorite accident on my patient 3 days ago she didn’t feel any pain at the same session but the next day she came with swelling and pain in the mucosal tissue i put her on antibiotics and prednisolone and put saline in her canal today she came with no pain but i can see a little tissue damage in the vestibular side of her upper first molar will the tissues heal on it’s own ?
Sir sometimes patient complain of pain during bmp of non vital teeth. Sir how to differentiate that the pain is due to apical extrusion or due to some pulpal remanants
@@Endocrisps apart from extrusion in vital or non vital there is always slight tenderness due to any RCT procedure due inflammation periapically. This slight bloating at the tip can be reduced with slight occlusal clearance. All pains need not be necessarily hence due to pathology but physiological as well. Good question no doubt.
My Seniour sir who is Endodontist told me if you do 20/6 prepration in a canal it is quit enough and than we don't need Sodium Hypochlorite for Irrigation than Normal saline is sufficient...is it true sir please guide🙏🙏
