There Must be some beef between these two because on Rampage's vlog of hand between Lex, Mariano, and Rampage he didn't even acknowledge Lex poker. He just said a poker player talking about Lex. Only Airball Nick beats Rampage at punting off stack unnecessarily. 😅😅😅😅😅
Nice play Lex, last hand no regrets, I would check too. Because I say to myself if I raise and he has bad hands, he folds anyway.. but if he has good hands and checks for deception, then I am screwed 😊
King-Mid was the only holding for which that betting pattern made sense, good laydown. K9/K8/K7 was what I put him on before you revealed it, he donk-bet because he couldn't risk you checking back.
For that 8 7 hand, I probably put him on something related to the king on the river, maybe Kx of clubs that hits 2 pairs on the river or 5 6 or J 10 of clubs that hits on the turn. (I think your hand looks like AA which he's trying to get value from). It's a really strong line to call 2 raises and raise the river himself. I post the comment before seeing the result so I might be ridiculously wrong, but I would probably fold the hand.
Based on what you said it's a call at 324. He could perceive your hand as 10s or Js or a missed fd, although I would expect to be beat here a good amount, he may turn some 10x or fds into bluffs and you have no blockers to those.
I’ll be in FLL evening of 6/24 & all day 25. Will you be at Hollywood Hard Rock. Would love to meet you and get a picture. Really enjoy you sharing your ups & downs Thanks
I think a re raise would be interesting not knowing what they had but if you had equity to make it to where you’re at you must have something so I understand a flat and a good here too but if I was in this scenario I think I would have flat called or re raised to put the opponent into a tough spot. That being said I’m sure after I unpause the video the opponent crushed it on the river
Unfortunately for most of us, we don't have the benefit of knowing the player so in that scenario I would have called as he could have done that with just a pair of Ks.
regarding the 8-7 hand, my initial thought is he might have had K-10 clubs, turning his rivered King into a semi-bluff. I would just call the $600 bet, his line doesn't make much sense to be that strong at the river seeing as he just called each other street.
Incorrect. I have regularly pushed nits around and taken down hands I didn’t deserve, knowing they only calling near nuts. I don’t do that to good players because they limp punish you for it
I would call with two pair as all draws missed and K is a perfect bluff card. Might fold if A cause 2 pair makes more sense then. However, you know the player and you made a great fold
I think you are a great poker player. These guys think they know how to play but they don’t realize if all of there sessions were recorded they would look like fish. Great play
Responding while video is paused. This situation is extremely player dependant. If it was my first time playing him, snap call. Based on the information you shared he may have floated flop with k9 of clubs. That would get 2 pair at river. So with player history I would probably fold.
I think check was the tight move there at the end. You're never getting a better hand to fold and what could he have that he is realistically calling with. Plus a check raise bluff on that board puts ya in the tank and I don't think I wouldn't be able to find a call in that spot.
@@lexopoker Well first of all my mom died over 15 years ago so she wouldnt be any help. If you don't want do the BR challenge anymore then just say so, no need to get rude about it..
it's possible someone is leading out w/ a missed flush draw, but you said this isn't someone who bluffs a lot. Like you said it's unlikely someone would bet for value w/ a worse hand, mayyyybe a strong KcXc but unlikely to be doing that w/ one pair. Annoying but have to fold
Even though it's funny you ought not to shift the blame of punting etc... on another.. id rather be called nit then punter... Grinder and bits are the same thing. Grinders are just in" the club" so it's okay for them to be nits
lol at results oriented ppl saying they would fold 89 here. Villain is repping so little, never has a set, almost never has a straight besides specifically J10c or 56c when he doesn’t raise turn. K7 should frankly be folded by the turn. We should only lose to 98 and K8. This is an absolute snap call vs a random and will almost always be a missed draw or weak hand. Lex knew the player’s tendencies and made an exploitative fold which is fine but this is a pretty easy call vs a random
Its a nasty spot. There are a lot of busted club combos. Or he could just have it with JT or a better 2 pair. What would you do with aces here? It is basically the same hand strength.
I’m calling the $600. The only hands I can see taking this line that I’m losing to is K8c or K9c. Maybe slow played KKs with the Kc, but 2-pair seems too strong to fold as played. He could even be betting Kxc to get value out of your 10s - QQs 🤷🏾♂️
Florida is better for you. I did hear someone on the later q/9 hand say q/9 huh. You told him info you should never tell. I like it when Jaman Burton says some thing like ya q/9 is always the nuts. or I have not lost with q/9 this year, Ya its BS but they ask a stupid question they get a stupid answer. You might watch Owen or Burton more. You might notice they play some hands different than you do. Brad especially makes interesting reads.
It’s either bluff or strong, I think fold to the 600$ lead, he could have k8cc, k9cc, J10, unless you think he is bluffing I don’t think he’s betting worse for value
