Alrighty y’all that’s it. I am done! Calling it quits with the cargo van game… lol just kidding! But for real though, meet Phil! He’s a good friend of mine and I just hired him to drive my van! Time to focus on scaling the business, creating more programs to help y’all and what I’m most excited about is getting to spend more time with my family. It’s been a fun journey up until this point, but I’m even more excited if what’s to come. Let’s get it y’all!

I Live In Phoenix downtown I just got off the road from driving semi. Looking to do last mile/local but for myself or partner with someone in Phoenix for deliveries. I have access to a crgo or sprinter van, i just need steady work and i'll kill it.....been in logistcs for 7 years. HMU

how did you help your connect recruit drivers? was it based off drivers in the shiply app, then securing the drivers so that orders can get delivered in time?

Nah man I have a long list of drivers and owner operators that have submitted their info to me. I have thousands of drivers around the US I plugged up with my connection

Hello. Getting into the business after 25 years of being NYC Firefighter. Couple of questions. Van under 10,001 lbs. Better to get dot and mc # or not. Which way would present more opportunities? Second... if I have my own business as LLC, would it be ok to have my van marked with company name or better to leave unmarked? Pro's & Cons of marked/unmarked?

Hey man glad to see you're uploading again! Is there really a good market for owner operators? I almost have 6 months of cargo van experience and I'm wondering if I should really buy a cargo van when I hit 6 months or forget about it. I live in chicago so I know I have an advantage for living in a major city, but the thing that's holding me back is not knowing if there really is a market in this or not. I keep seeing people sell their vans because of not finding loads.

Me and my friend both have pickup trucks and we really would want to do something like this. Local deliveries and stuff. However, we’re both 16. We’re available anytime outside of school. I know being 16 sets us back pretty much all the way but is there any work we might be able to get or do?

Sadly due to restrictions you’ll want a cargo van at minimum and also be 18 or older. We actually tried to haul with one of our trucks and enclosed trailers and vendors/clients wouldn’t load pickup trucks or enclosed trailers.

Bout to be bringing in drivers out there next week for water pallets. That’s the new pay scale man. But to say I’m “messing it up” for other drivers is inaccurate. I have built a relationship with the company and they have hired me to recruit drivers at the new pay scale

Correct, I’ve been honest about what I’ve made on the water pallets and how the delivery fees had changed since I first started. My first one was $130. But yeah man they want to lower the delivery fees and they have brought me into their company to support them with that among other things. We about to hit up Chicago with some local delivery routes in the next month or two out there. Routes will pay around $400 per. Shoot me your email and I’ll link you with that
