You could’ve just removed the term in the peace deal that caused the bug and console command the stuff to you. Don’t think anyone would blame you for using cheats to prevent that.
For the next time you should delete the mod and download it back because it seems that something is broken in the code of the mod, as it is not just the bugged causis belli, but the decisions that did nothing and the ia kept cliking

Are you playing with Dynamic Dominions Submod, I don't recongize that Tunis flag and since the submod is very buggy it could be the source of some glitches
