This is almost guaranteed rage bait, a fake story to get reactions and rile people up. But if it isn't then OP is obviously utter trash. The friend that ratted her out is the star of the show. Aaron is the victim here, but he completely lacks a spine and self-respect to even consider taking her back after she cheated and dumped him for her ex. He needs to work on his sense of self worth. I can only imagine that OP is out of his league looks-wise and he was so thrilled that a hot girl was sleeping with him that he was willing to overlook her bright red flags.
