Its not that hard just have a large carvery every day. It's like a tenner and it's about 6000 calories if you're able to get potatoes in particular. I looked fat after eating that and I nearly fell over but I discovered I walk using my ankles so it's a bit different. Walking with my ankles does however give me squatting power pushing so it's not worth the risk but I've got something.
I was 154. Started working out and eating 4000 calories per day protein shakes included. Got up to 185 in 4 months then scaled down to 2800-3200 calories clean eating after that to maintain and build muscle. It’s super easy to get swole a lot of people just don’t know the formula.
Been doing this everyday for about a year now, but with around 4000 to 4500 calories a day. My metabolism is SUPER high and I seem to put on muscle rather easily. The only difference is that I incorporate ALOT more proteins throughout the day compared to junk food. My body doesn't seem to have any issue with this lifestyle oddly enough.
It makes me happy when people achieve their body goals, though what you did is super hard because lean proteins tend to be expensive overtime, I’m just glad you were able to pull it off, I’m jealous of you, congrats
@@official.fitnex Torah then gospel then the modern book Quran. I understand now that you Christian and I respect your religion, wouldn’t hurt to look into in the future ❤️ goodnight/day
You did NOT gain 1 lbs of muscle from going on a dirty bulk for a week. This is IMPOSSIBLE even with PEDs. What you gained is fat, water weight, and a very very little bit of muscle.
I’m not dissing you, I just don’t want you misinforming the average joe that gaining 1 lbs of muscle in a week is possible from going on a dirty bulk. Cheers man ❤️🔥
Why do you like your own comment bro 😂 I did gain 1lbs of muscle i measured my body. I also gained fat and water weight yes, but i train hard and i already have muscle so we’re not the same
@@ptaidenhow did you “measure” your body? There’s simply no way you gained a lbs of muscle in a week. You’re saying you gained 2kg of weight, which is 4.4lbs. You’re also saying you only put on .2lbs of fat. What’s the other 3.2lbs?
I'm losing weight and weighed myself after 10 days from my last weigh in. The scale that measure everything stated ive gained 1kgs of muscle since my last check in. Omg its true I can see definition in my shoulders, thighs and abs. Ive done resistance training alternative days. Goodluck
I am honestly lucky to have an insanely slow metabolism, I can be big while doing a lot cardio. But hard gainers such as you are great! My younger brother is more swole than I am, but he does lack some extra mass which he most likely find to be beneficial to many other things...
@@ptaiden as a hard gainer I only weight 83 lbs I've always been this weight. I want that to change how is even possible to eat that much food. I already have a terrible relationship with food. I want to get better at that. But eating 500 calories a day is very hard to me.
Just eat a lot of avacado peanut butter , nuts, lemon, positive milkshakes , positive foods, McDonald’s ham burgers, fried eggs , lamb chops, beef, rice, and water and milk and you be fine , oh and hummus and celery and carrots , get ur nutrients , drink maple syrup too , I drink it once was yum, also noodles and beef and stuff like too yeah, and sardines and mackarel now and then, and ice cream bars etc healthy too
I eat 4500-5000 calories just for one single day if I really feel that my body needs it.. I feel so weak today because I always workout and go for running sessions and stay at maintaince about 3500-3600 but I think I didn’t took to much restdays soooooo I might fill my tank up
@@EdwardKenway130bro u gotta build up but dont count the calories bro and also everyday tou wake up you shouldnt feel hungry, that shows how much food you should eat in a day
I know it’s hard to believe, but I have a 6000 calorie maintenance metabolism. Granted I have a trades job but I still go to gym 6Xper week and maintain 82kg
Metabolism doesn't differ that much among people to actually affect the looks and weight. It's consuming less calories than you think you do, or having enough activity/stress/muscle mass to burn this
Im an hectomorph, meaning its very hard for me to put on weight. But I figured if I just ate a shit ton of good foods with high calories I would get bigger and I did! And your video very well describes exactly what happened to me too so good looking b🫶🏻🤘🏻
Hey bro I have a question. I just went from walking everywhere every day ro getting a car so I've realised that I need to find a different way to work out. How can I stay fit while having a car? I intend to do other things I just want to make sure that I stay really fit.
@@ptaiden Ok would running on a treadmill 3 KMs a day work? I do work out 5 times a week I just want to make sure that I don't gain weight. I guess eating better could help too. I think I will do that as well as take your advice. Also how do you get stuff done while working out? How do you balance it and make sure that you are not too tired to do other stuff? I have noticed that sometimes that I misuse my energy in that way. What's your advice dude?
eh? For me a scrawny guy was at about 150 lbs in age 21. Fast forward to when I began dirty bulking a whole year from age 27 to about near 29. I stopped and gained a whopping 10 lb! A lot was excess body fat but I gained a lot on my bicep and my leg! I went from 1900 to eating 4000 calories. I dropped it down to 3000 in my cut. I ate a lot of pasta so... that's why!
but my man, in my opinion bulking is always not a good option, see , it makes the body heavier especially for calisthenics like pull ups , whether it is healthy or not I would say that focus more on doing the work rather than eating, eat less do more and drink more water that will make you skinny and lighter which is the best as your metabolism increases and you feel more active. Moreover it will also save your appetite for future, and believe me life would be more enjoyable than it used to be
@@krishgohil why would i do that? it was mostly water weight, i didnt have my period and i was really close/was underweight. ive gained 15 kg since i comment that lol. i have my period and ive gotten WAY stronger, not only w weight but my pullups have increaed from 2 to 8, my push ups from 15 to 23 with better form as well. 🤭
Advice to most people, Dont try this!!! Dirty bulking is terrible for you. Excess calories doesn't make you gain muscle. Intense training with proper rest and adequte nutrition is what you need to focus on.
guys when your body is all of a sudden eating probably over double the normal calories, and consistent working out for a week these results aren’t super shocking 😂 stop being so insecure
2 pounds of uranium with a side of Jupiter dust to season it i recommend eating this every 50 years since uranium is actually high in calories like no joke 💀
What can i do for something like a super fast metabolism? I am a bottomless pit and a skinny 6ft guy. No matter how much i eat i dont see any results and when i work out i feel as if im withering myself more...please help, im tired of this body
Start tracking everything you eat. It may surprise you how few actual calories you consume, especially if your diet is mostly minimally processed food. Whatever you're eating currently (average it for a few days), aim to consume about 500 calories over that. Apply progressive overload, and you will notice strength and muscle gains within a few months. Remember that increased strength is proportional to increased muscle mass, even if it's hard to see at first.
Depending on your goals ofcourse. I wanted to gain some extra size for summer because i’m gonna to go on a cut. Also eating that many calories is very hard haha
Reason you you feeling like throwing up is because your forcing your body to adopt to that within a week meanwhile if you was to eat freely still having a planned goal of your calorie intake is more then fine but if your forcing putting unnecessary pressure forcing your body to do something rather then doing that thing little by little your going to have an unhealthy same time bad outcome this shyt right here is not even healthy forget the summer coming around the corner if this was real you should have started months earlier but of course once again in moderation
Guys don’t think he’s just eat 5000 calories a day he has eaten good food this is y he is feeling good if you eat burgers and pizza for breakfast it won’t work
This just results in a ton of bodyfat gained, ofcourse u get better pumps in the gym because ur glycogen levels are overloaded. U dont gain alot of muscle this approach, just glycogen bodyfat and water retention which makes u think you are 'swole'
Well I don’t completely agree with that. If you optimise everything else to stimulate muscle growth the extra calories will help a lot in pushing yourself in the gym which would result in more muscle growth. Yh you look bigger because of the extra carbs but realistically i was 10% bodyfat so i can afford to be in a large surplus.
@@ptaidenno. You’re going to get fat. Look up Jeff Seid dirty bulk. That’s what is going to happen to you. The guy is on drugs and still said he barely gained any real muscle after he cut back down.
Same here bro I’ve been eating over 5k cals for a long time eventually you will gain weight and see muscle. Just make sure it’s not a dirty 5k calories
Eating 5000 calories a day is not hard at all. Literally bro eat one pint of ice cream and there goes 1200 calories. Eat some barbecue ribs there goes another 1200 calories. Eat peanut butter and fried chicken there you go you can hit 5000 calories a day no problem.
Bro 1 kg of muscle in a week you have a lack of understanding not only about the gym but also how the body works also 2 kg in a week is not a lot and is mostly water weight that will drop down after a while.
